AussieBlue's Perpetual Grow Journal: Next Generation

Have had the kids for a week and no chance to do anything but a morning feed. Been filling watering cans and mixing nutes in the middle of the night. Gone to thier Nans house now so can get back to normal. Love the little buggers tho. Was great having them. But Daddy got to garden now...

Just had this stoned idea of a slo-mo flood and drain hempy. Like a budket with a 2" center drop tube into a dripper that totally drains in 12 hours or less, and fed everyday. Would be in fresh nutes everyday like dwc but totally flushed out. Like i said pretty stoned... but feeing like a good idea... might trial one...

Lol. Maybe ill just keep doing what im doing. Reckon it would work well but can see the dripper clogging up.
Anyway, actually got my lights a day early... !! Suprisingly bright for 32w.

Should be able to cable-tie it to the corner posts if i done my math right. Ill peel the skin off the tent and rig all this stuff up shortly.

Just checked the draw on these LED panels. Actually 31.8w. Good to see someone selling LED lights with true wattage. Id say they are about eqivelent to a 75w MH bulb if i had to take a guess. Without the heat and an even spread of light. Good quality drivers too i must say. Pretty impressed for $29 a piece. Lets hope they work, might have to tinker with nutes a little as i reckon plants feed a bit different under LED. Ive had bad outcomes in the past so nervously optimistic.
