Damn damn. Forgot to water candy and sk this morning. Too busy getting ready to go fishing. Baked them. Cant even look again till morning. Man i hope they bounce back. What an idiot move...
 
They look like they got some crispy bits so bet they look like shit tomorrow. Seemed extra hot in there for some reason too. Will see in the morning. Thanks for the hope
 
Think ill get Candy through although set back after frying them before i go away for a week. Might just shut down for a bit and revamp. Temps are too high for summer growing the way it is atm. Will try get candy clone setup in the 40x40 tent tonight and will be back with avengence in no time.
 
Crispy girls. Think it will have ended SKs chances of anything.

Feel in limbo atm. Candy will be done at 8 weeks. Seems a bit faster than the first seed i had. Be good if i can get it performing well at 8 weeks to harvest. A plant every 2 weeks would do fine.
SK isnt going to perform after its heat stress. Ill chop it out and take a few solid clones and revisit it.
The tub i setup with the 3" riser is no good. Waterlogged. Doesnt seem to drain. Will go back to the filter setup at a lower height. Will repot the plant thats in there and let it reveg a bit and try again. Going to refit the cupboard a bit the weekend after this when i dont have the kids here. Will see how much i can cut the heat down. If not enough then may have to look at some bigger exhaust or cooled hoods in the new year.
Besides that not much going on here folks. Will give me a bit of time to check up on some journals a bit more for a change.

And yeah thought about this and just going to setup a gravity fed drip system from the top shelf as a failsafe against any missed waterings or heat waves. Should be enough to get them through those harsh days.
 
Wanted to uppot candy clone tonight but decided ill hang out and put it in pure perlite so i can controll her moisture a bit more under the lower light. Will get some course perlite soon and probably run that in all the henpys as well but will cut out some rounds of weedmat to cover it and control the evaporation under the 2x400w lights. Should allow for a healthier root system in theory. And be so much cheaper than buying 5l bags from bunnings. Over spending $20 a plant on medium.
 
My first real smoke of the Black Gold tonight. Tastes nice.especially the after taste. Bit like tim tams. 5 mins in your pleasantly fucked up. Definately has that diesel kick. Bit of an up high. Bit racey. Wouldnt knock it back ever: Makes me keen to see the candy x BG. Two plants never know. Both strong starins in the females but unknown random male could impart anything: will know by autumn.
