I use cal mag because I use RO Water. I will flush tonight and read runoff.
I checked runoff on another plant and the runoff was 6.0. I water with 6.3 or 6.4.
I water when they ask for it, which is about every third day, edging towards every other day now.

Hope this helps. You have 2 different types of symptoms. Upper new leaves dark yellow brown spots with dry dead border (boron deficiency). Lower older leaves yellowing spots edges pliable, not dead (calcium deficiency). Don't have feel-a-screen, Right?
How and why did this happen?
Boron deficiency caused by what? (Calcium blockage). FF Trio has the required macro and micro nutrients to include trace elements.
RO Water is a clean slate.
Why introduce additional elements if there is no sign of a deficiency?
For some reason this plants looks like it has stopped taking in calcium. Causing boron deficiency.
What caused it?
Genetics (plant telling you "f/u I've had enough overdose of calmag)/PH (did not reach level of range reqired for proper calcium intake)/Root temperature (67deg-72deg Fahrenheit?
Your plant needs a good flush and basic feeding of your FF Trio at 1/3 to 1/2 strength (keep the ppm around 450-500 for starters).
Hopefully this points you in the right direction for research.Maybe someone else might have experienced or seen this, and verify that this is what might be happening.
