Whatever's most convenient.

Humidity ;

My humidity fluctuates a bit, generally from 60-80%. I under stand it's a large factor, keeping the grow environment as controlled as possible, but do many growers really put that much emphasis into humidity control? I wouldn't mind getting more control over it though.. but is it really worth it?
In saying that, some sources quote 40% for mid-late flowering, while others say 70%..
Interested to hear everyone's opinion..

I was fortunate enough to have never endured mold or PM, but I've read that excess RH in mid-late bloom greatly increases the chances of contracting of both of them.

You wanna top autos between days 14-21 and you wannna top at the third node

One of my autos is 16 daysish now, I'm tossing up whether to let it run its course or go for this early top idea.

Cheers mate!

I'm thinking I won't let it phase me.. my concern is that coming from outdoors to indoors might change it up a bit.. I let the humidity do its thing as normal, but in a tent I fear the mold will destroy my beloved purely because I'm paying it so much attention! Haha..

We shall see!

Might be a noob question, but what does PM stand for?

Newbie here still collecting knowlege, these are my personal thoughts and I am having some sucess. Some humidity is good alot is not. I have no testing equipment. If it smells and feels too humid its too humid. On first am check if their sweaty or I have some leaves sticking together from moisture its too humid. I drop and do a few pushups if I am starting to sweat a little very quickly its too humid. I am very lucky in the fact I can clear the air in the room in seconds by opening the window and turning on my furnace fan. I run an exhaust fan all night cause I'm in flower and seal the room against light infiltration. The possible rot caused by excessive humidity is the enemy although it also effects the way the plant absorbs its nutrition. This is way I look at humidity and is only my personal opinion not meant to suggest or cure any problems for you.

What's happening to her I need to get his under control ASAP!

High humidity is good for cloning, once thoroughly rooted, move them to veg with average humidity, and once in bloom after she stretches, reduce humidity to below 40% if possible. In the past, I've had difficulty with low RH that exposed my plant(s) to K deficiency. My nutrient regimen at the time was also lacking a bit of K, but the very dry air pushed that less than ideal factor beyond it's tipping point. Like every other part of this hobby, we strive for perfection and learn as we go.
Hey Skybound thanks for the great answer makes sense .I use to spay the room to increase rh and all was going well ... the last 2 weeks i have stopped doing it and have a issue now where the tiny spear tip of leafs are hardening and turning brown

Do you think it could be related to rh thats cuasing a K def as my nutes are also lacking in K a bit .What do leaf tip hardening and browning point to ? Initially i thought light burn so i raised lights but it seems to be spreading

I honestly feel the key to success here is self confidence gained through experience and learning. There are no small details everything matters. I got gnats so I used the sand and flypaper method. I did this when I saw the first gnat and it seems to have helped but every mornin I rap on the sides of the pots shake the plants and run my hands through them to see if anything flys out. I carried in an ant today so the ant traps went out. I use a three day approach. I dont look for any real results from anything I have done for three days. Anything I see happening, spots, bugs, droop, wilt, ect, started days before I see the symptoms so I go back in my notes a week and start my investigation there. I researced and realized that very real panic is only my mind and body dumping hormones in reaction to a situation that has scared me to death. Once past that a rational systematic approach will help solve your problems. Trust me a month ago a few brown spots turned me into a puddle of a person. I try to share every experience and thought especially with new folks. This is so much fun, calm down.

Hey skybound i googled my symtoms and looks like nute burn to me ... the mistake i made was when i up potted i added some raw bone meal and earthworm castings to some potting soil and added about a extra 2 inch layer on top of my old soil mix and i think that is a bit strong for them .They have not been fed any nutes since i did that so it can only be that or a deficiency

Here is a close up pic looks like its on new growth as well any advice to rectify this would be greatly appreciated

Looks like a calmag issue or ph is way off

I looked through my pics I had problems, you got some it looks like to me on your others too. I narrowed it down to nute problems with miracal grow dirt. If that was mine it I would run water through it all day and try to flush it out, you got nothin to lose at this point.

You think a transplant into bigger pot and different soil would help? And then run 6.8 ph'ed water through it once re-planted ?
@Pennywise what should I do to fix it? It's not in miracle gro soil. This strain is in soil made up of forest compost and limstone and perlite. That's why it isn't draining well. @Lilolme
