I like to pony tail when they are young, and then let them run wild naturally. But I have lots of room and don't mind four foot plants.

I have 2- 300watt Vipar Spectra LEDs at 24", which is what the guide recommended for veg

If it were me id transplant and get out of those peat cups. Those cups will suck moisture from your soil quickly.

Water tested around 7 and soil tested at 7.5... but like I said the ph down arrives today so I'll be using that from now on..

I would get them out of those peat cups, try plastic solo cups with holes cut in the bottom of the cup.

You came to the right place then. I learned so much on my first grow from the people here. And now here I am with a tent in flower, and another tent ready to flip on the 10th of this month, 2 days from now, and a bunch of mason jars with 7.6 oz curing.
