That's amazing, over 200g from a plant is tremendous. Keep up the good work.

Sounds fantastic to me Pigeons, make it a weekend so we can pull at least a half session. :)

I'm thinking of getting crop King, would it get your approval for continues grows,

The majority of our plants for the foreseeable future are Crop King genetics. They've been fantastic, both as a breeder and a bank.

Great numbers guys! Loving this journal!!

Thanks Noob, pretty happy with them ourselves.

Nice yields guys yall did that for sure .you'll be setting fat for awhile on buds .Good thing is you got diffrent strains to dip in to.Did yall make some good hash off though strains ?

Yeah, we've had to figure out a storage system upstairs to store the 7 or 8 different strains we have on hand, and that's just flowers. Now we need another system for the dab containers, our extractions are ramping up a bit now.

:)

When you guys pack a bowl you are very literal about it! Continuing success here and it makes me very happy. Kudos to you gentlemen.

Thanks in no small part to you good sir, forever indebted. Summer fishing trip to canada? :)

Should do better with our Crown Royale, but the gram per day is lower. ;)

April 10 (Sunday) Update.

Autos: Revolver 2 is 38 days old, Dark devil 2 is 27, and Lemon Skunk is 23. Temp peaked at 88 today with RH at 44% during lights on. They are on an 18/6 schedule and are 22-24 inches from their lights. Overnight temps were 68.

Photos: Crown Royale is 102 days old and Purple Kush is 5. CR is 11-15 inches below the Spider x4, Temp is 82 and RH is 45% at the canopy, 80 and 50% at the top, 68 overnight. CR is now 52 days since her flip to 12/12. PK was a bit droppy, we're trying her under the veggie's CFL for the night (her day).

  • LS got soaked with her first taste of grow nutes at quarter strength (6 liters with 7.5 ml each of DNF Gro A+B and 2 ml of calmag+ at 405ppm and 5.7 PH

The Lemon Skunk remains the healthiest looking of the bunch. In hindsight I think I might have been a bit too stingy with the other's waterings, not raising it enough each time. We'll re-evaluate for C3 assuming she's pops.

Our Second Revolver lost another couple dozen fan leaves to open her up a bit and get some some more airflow around her. I think she's done her stretch now mostly, not much more to do but wait and see how I made out with the training.

Family pics:

PK (223 grams, down from 270 yesterday) Droopy, hmmm:

LS ( 8.2 lbs down from 10 yesterday, 21.1 lbs after watering tonight):

D2 (17.8 lbs, down from 21.0 yesterday):

R2 (17 lbs, down from 21.6 yesterday):

<forgot to grab pics dammit>

CR (21.2 lbs, down from 22.8 yesterday) Oddly didn't use much water today, or more likely we need a new scale:

Back in the tent:

Bonus veggie shot:

1.6 g jewel of Candy Cane:

Wow, nice job on the butter. Looks very clean. Tent looks good, R & D 2 are still looking a bit unhappy but training sucks. You guys are having to much fun.

Cheers

Firstly, very sorry to all that I've been unable to make it around to everyone's journal over the last week or two. My obsession with the site was jeopardizing my job, and that can't happen of course. I needed to rebalance in the other direction for a while. :)

It was our best pull by a good margin. It was also the first one I dried out completely, and used popcorn buds rather than just trim. Still using just a plastic honey bee extractor, really need to get on improving that soon.

I've resigned myself to the fact that with the heavy training I'm doing, they aren't going to always look as happy as they would be if I'd left them alone. I screwed up in minor ways again this grow, so the next set should be better again.

Arteekay, your stuff is killer bro....A+ MAN

Thanks for stopping in Jamesleemc, we're still pretty damned happy with the lot. Really not a lot of drama in this grow.

Candy Cane? Never heard of that one. It must be a sweet one eh? So, do you always go with Crop King Seeds? Just curious.

Check out the last harvest post from our first grow and journal here, it has links to the tribute/harvest posts for each plant in that grow. "Trudy" (Named by our friend Shiggs I think it was after our new Prime Minister) and "Candi" where the two CKS Candy Canes in that grow.

This extract was from Candi, and although it tastes awesome, it tends to make me a bit anxious. Now that i know the cause I'm fine, but I did have a rough half hour last night before I figured out why I was so concerned about an ancient issue. :)

Edit: Opps, didn't answer your question. Nope, we've got seeds from Haze.io, gorilla seeds, another canadian based bank that is no long a sponsor so i won't mention it, and of course CKS. What really made the initial decision back in October of last year to start growing was the fact that I could walk into three retail locations in my city and buy seeds with cash.

Back before I had a journal and had decided to expose us as much as i have. :)

April 11 (Monday) Update.

Autos: Revolver 2 is 39 days old, Dark devil 2 is 28, and Lemon Skunk is 24. Temp peaked at 82 today with RH at 47% during lights on. They are on an 18/6 schedule and are 22-24 inches from their lights. Overnight temps are currently unknown.

Photos: Crown Royale is 103 days old and Purple Kush is 6. CR is 11-15 inches below the Spider x4, Temp is 81 and RH is 44% at the canopy, 79 and 48% at the top, 69 overnight. CR is now 53 days since her flip to 12/12. PK isn't looking so droopy anymore and went back into the auto tent with a gentle breeze setting her dancing.

  • CR was soaked with 75% strength bloom nutes (7 liters with 26 ml each of DNF Bloom A+B, 4.5 ml GO CaMg+, and 1.3 g of DNF Bloom Fortifier at 797ppm and 5.7 PH)
  • R2 was soaked with 75% strength bloom nutes, up from half last time (6 liters with 23 ml each of DNF Bloom A+B, 6 ml of GO CaMg+, and 1 g of DNF Bloom Fortifier)

The sensors for the "canopy" temps for both tents were a good 6 to 8 inches too high, and the readjustments of them and the rearranging Jaybiz has been doing in the photo tent have reset the readings on us. it looks like my auto tent is 6 degrees cooler, definitely not the case.

Lemon Skunk didn't need a thing but some minor leaf tucking, she's looking fantastic to me. Her topped nodes are almost completely flat, I'll have to grab a pic tomorrow.

Our Second Revolver was droopy again, she used more water than any over the last 24 hours, a full 6.6 lbs lighter and she's just going into flower. May be another one we have to water every day for the middle couple of weeks of flowering.

Our second Dark Devil is finally starting to look good to me. I stretched her back out and made the two longest branches turn a corner rather than come straight out, and three hours later she looks like she loved it. Our last Dark had stupid strong branches, so I'm not expecting a few turns to bother her at all, weight wise later in bloom I mean of course.

Our third Candy Cane (C3) went into her pot tonight, our first Camo fabric pot. :)

CR (19 lbs down from 21.2 yesterday, 32.8 after watering tonight) Don't want her bottoming out this late into flowering:

R2 (10.4 lbs down from 17 yesterday, 23.4 lbs after watering tonight):

D2 (13.4 lbs, down from 17.8 yesterday):

Before:

After retraining:

LS (17.4 lbs, down from 21.2 after watering yesterday):

PK (198 grams, down from 223 yesterday):

C3 (7 lbs dry starting weight, 7.2 after watering the seed in tonight):

Back in the tent (before C3 went in):

April 12 (Tuesday) Update.

Autos: Revolver 2 is 40 days old, Dark devil 2 is 29, and Lemon Skunk is 25. Temp peaked at 83 today with RH at 55% during lights on. They are on an 18/6 schedule and are 22-24 inches from their lights. Overnight temps are 69 and 56%.

Photos: Crown Royale is 104 days old and Purple Kush is 7. CR is 11-15 inches below the Spider x4, Temp is 80 and RH is 47% at the canopy, 79 and 49% at the top, 69 overnight. CR is now 54 days since her flip to 12/12. PK continues vegging in the auto tent.

  • PK got her solo cup soaked with 180 ml of bubbled tap water, 169ppm and 5.7 PH
  • D2 got soaked with her first taste of quarter strength grow, and quarter strength bloom as well. She's dark green and probably could skip grow nutes entirely. She's definitely in bloom now. (6 liters with 15 ml each of DNF Gro A+B and Bloom A+B, and 2 ml of GO CaMg+ at 596ppm and 5.7 PH.

Not a lot to report today. No sign of C3 yet of course, if all is well she should show up tomorrow. Training on the oldest three autos is slowing down, just some last minute adjustments as they finish up their flowering stretch.

Another 5 or so days and I'll pop a Sweet Seeds Red Poison I think, and another 5 to 7 after that maybe a CKS Amnesia Haze. Trying to get the new one sprouted a few days past half the expected lifespan of the one it's going to replace, without going over about 30 days of veg time.

We harvested our first CKS Revolver at 72 days, and she was a week early. We'll shoot for 11 weeks for R2 and see what happens. So with 37 days still to go, I likely popped C3 a week early. Opps. :)

Family pics:

PK (168 g before, 297 after watering) She'll likely be transplanted before her next watering:

LS (14.8 lbs, down from 17.4 yesterday):

D2 (10 lbs down from 13.4 yesterday, 20.8 after watering tonight):

R2 (19.4 lbs, down from 23.4 yesterday):

CR (30 lbs, down from 32.8 yesterday after watering):

Back in the tent:

You intimidate the hell out of me. I come here every time, determined to be prepared, and every time I leave shaking my head in wonder. I gasped out loud at the overhead shot of the R2. Good grief, how do you pull that off so beautifully? You know what? If I could copy Graytail's training so closely that there were moments we both acknowledged that we could get confused if we didn't know who's pictures were who's, I know for certain I can do the same thing with you and Jay.

I'm determined to grow autos like that. My next group is all photo sativas. I have to build up the stocks. I can't be running out again. There's too much work to be done to be messing around worrying about running out. So I have the better part of the next six months to study you, the same way I studied Graytail. Lucky you. I nearly buried poor Graytail in PMs. I'll try not to do that with you, ok? :hugs:

Back to Callanetics. You were one of my best breaks in quite a while. We sure are lucky to have you here arteekay.:circle-of-love:
