Some bozo yesterday passed both our car and a school bus on badger yesterday. Around an icy blind curve no less.... I was scared for the kids but was half hoping the jerk off put himself down into the atv path -_-
Lol I can't figure out the drivers up here....
 
:rofl: Woody, not at all. UFC fights on the tube last night. Was good fun, had a few folks stop by, had some good food, few drinks and a pill to keep a nice even buzz going. 3 title fights last night so plenty of action, chicks still out work most any dudes fighting. They don’t real go out and test the waters, they just freaking dive right the hell in and don’t give a shit how deep the water is :rofl:

It was epic Duggs!! GSP is a true champion, very humble man so I like his style. Some of the big mouths could take some lessons from him on proper behavior. T J did a great job as well, Hell, all the fights were pretty dang good really.

Holly crap the roads are just nasty! Not that I really want the subzero weather but it sure makes the roads and traveling much easier as dumb as that sounds. When our temps are up in the teens/twenties the roads are all ice and when they don’t plow worth a shit it just makes it even worse.

Lol, dude the hwy sucked tonight. Still a huge pile of stupid running around at 60-70 when you couldn’t see 100 feet. I just keep my slow ass in the right lane and keep plenty of room between the van and who ever is in front of me. Normally that means a dumb shit will go around me an cut me off because that 4 seconds that car saves on time being in front of me is highly important:rofl: Don’t get it but, I’m sure they are way more important than myself so I just give them some room so when they drive into the ditch I can slow down, honk the horn, and piss myself laffin.

Should be a cluster the next few days and then the bottom is gonna fall out of the thermometer and start our -30 f streak......awesome stuff :rofl:

I don't miss the deep freeze at all. I only moved to Anchorage in 2011, but I could no longer take care of my land. And living alone in the dark and cold is not wise at my age. I'm safe and happy here, and that's what counts.

Well your the smart one AK, these cold temps do get very old and the older I get the less I can tolerate it :rofl: once we get ready to retire I think warmer weather is going to have to come with that. Just not sure I’m ready for the big city life again, weather is better down your way for sure but, soooo many people lol. I’m sure you felt the same when you 1st moved south, Great that you can find most anything you want with all the stores but the Glenn on a snowy/icy day.........no thanks, it was a shit show driving in from Eagle River on those days.
You stay warm and safe AK, come visit us up north in the summer, you know you miss the summers :-) and our small town love.

If you live in South Anchorage, you never have to go near the Glenn! That's as bad as driving the Rich in winter! Having lived in the Interior for decades, you know how to drive on ice. A lot of these kids do not. They try to drive on summer slicks and don't drive defensively. Too busy texting to pay attention to the road.

Yet a good number of people live outside Anchorage and make it in and out just fine, if you migrate to a nice little plot of land in the Valley.

Gotta research their local MJ laws, tho. A few small communities have voted out MJ within their city limits.

You can migrate to places south of Anchorage, too, and avoid the Glenn altogether. I don't know that the Seward is any safer driving, although you don't get as many accidents on that road because people have to drive slower around the curves.
 
Duggs that’s a kick ass spot for us! Hope the neighbors don’t mind the smell of some gardening from it though cause no matter where we live we’re growing with some DBHBB and don’t really mind using the lookout for a nice security post to look over the crops :rofl:

Put out a few IED’s and post our sign, “IED’s on propert, please feel free to locate them” :-) If our big guard dog wasn’t such a big chicken he would love it as well. Don’t think he would go up on his own unless another animal was around an it went up then he would chase it but other than that he’s scared of his own shadow :rofl: yup, a 90 pound chicken is what we got for a guard dog :rofl:
