Exactly! And all I can think about is that one guy that came in saying my light was garbage? I've already proven him wrong on that one.

Next he says I'll only yield 1/2 ounce....

So I'm going to aim for a quarter pound. Just to annoy him.

Initially, I was a bit angry about it. But that faded real fast when I realized it'd be more annoying for him to have me prove him wrong.
It's pure motivation now.

lol I'm out of this race then. You can take the win brother! I'm going to have to Veg longer than I planned to make up for the lost time. Originally I only wanted an 8 week Veg. This Sunday will be 7 weeks, and the plant is about 1/4 the size I wanted it to be at the 12/12 switch. It's looking like 4 more weeks at least. My last 2 plants had 5 and 6 week Veg times, so I wanted a little extra time on this one to increase my yield.

But maybe I'll get bored and just let her go into flower sooner. As long as I beat 1/2 ounce I win, which is easy.

I just have a bunch of other strains to grow that I'm excited to try out too...

I always planned to be cut and dry by December 16th as Christmas always takes all of my time.

You've been vegging this entire time.

Oh you already have me beat if you cut on Dec 16th. I already figured with Veg time, and Flower time (which is somewhere around 9 weeks I think... Herbies shows 6 weeks) This grow would go into the next year.

And yeah This has all been Veg time lighting at 18/6 (And a possible light timer mistake might have had the lights on for 24 hours for an unknown amount of time)

A monster is my goal! One of these times I would love to grow a plant worthy of the Plant of the month honor. I figure if I can do that, among these amazing growers, it's a huge accomplishment!

Well, we know from SmokerJoe's grows that a bit of 24/7 is harmless to plants in Veg so i reckon your safe there.

I had a timer fail on me last time, about a week into flower. which i did not appreciate lol

As for time scales on breeder/vendor websites; i've learned to ignore those now. I'll try to flip to flower as soon as the plants are above a certain height and if i went by the recommendations i'd have to deal with an indoor hedge by the end.

Thanks for the support everyone.

While I'm here I'll toss in a quick update, as a lot has happened in the past few days.

As for the plant, she's doing good. Still some curling showing up, but I'm seeing more growth than curling. I have to adjust LST every 2-3 days so she's almost back on track. Right now I have stopped feeding nutes, and am giving small amounts of water. 20 ounces of water, every other watering is PH'ed, every other is plan water.
I have moved the light up a tiny bit, so it's around 24" now, and might go measure it in a bit, depending on how I feel.

Which moves right into the personal life, I have come down with some sort of flu/cold as of this morning, and feel like a bag of smashed asses right now. Cough, Chills, Hot flashes, Drowsy, Clouded head, some nausea, fuck this.

And if that isn't bad enough, this weekend, on Saturday, one of our beloved pets, Bonnie, passed away.

So this negative shit is just continuing into today, so thank you all for the positive vibes, it helps a lot right now.

Thanks everyone.

This was our little Bonnie. She was a Prairie Dog, and somewhere around 8 years old. They're a nuisance in some parts of the world, but are really sweet and loving pets if you give them a chance. Her favorite thing to do was cuddle with me like this, climb into my shirt, or climb in my hood, or under it. I would sometimes give her a piece of apple when I was eating one.. and of course a piece wasn't good enough, so she'd come and just eat from my apple. She was a sweetheart and will truly be missed.

As for the plant, it's doing so so. Growth still isn't as fast as I want, or am used to seeing, and it appears the nute burn is still slowly spreading, so I gave her a 1 gallon flush today, and as usual, I'll know more in the upcoming days. I have also topped the other top, which I botched and did more of a top and a half, so we'll see how that turns out..
