Another Tabletop Crop: Carmen's Spring Grow With Vipar Spectra XS 1500 Pro

I havent stopped in for a minute, you are doing a awesome job. and as far as the AI goes I think you may be correct. on several occasions I have seen images posted as if it is them growing the plant. with images I have seen before online.
hey if they help us grow better weed 😮 . seriously though it is something that may concern growers in areas where it isnt legal. but ya dont panic. we are going to see more and more learning AI. I sub-work from Google at home. our task have all changed to rating AI responses scary stuff.
Hey Sav! :) Nice to see you. Thank you.
No, I don't like AI. I think that it is stealing human thoughts and behaviour to manipulate people and it is deceitful. It very often doesn't announce itself.
What do you mean that you rate AI responses?
It's a dilemma.
any way I hope you are doing as well as your Plants great job !! sx 1500

I almost forgot How do you like your @ViparSpectra XS 1500 Pro ? mine has been perfect from everything to starting clones to finishing up flower I have sevral lights my main a medic grow 760 w but I also have a Marshydro 400w in my second tent. and a few more but the XS1500 Pro is my most versatile and most used light I have'
I love the light. I too think it is incredibly versatile and excellent value.
Keep up the good work :thumb:
Thank you :passitleft:

Oh my, have I got an interesting anomaly.

Both my RR XXL auto plants have double branching and double buds forming on both node 2 branches, as seen in the pics below! Aren't I lucky! (bear in mind that I removed node one branches on both plants so node 2 is the first remaining level of the canopy.

Same anomaly on both plants. I removed node 2 on my last Red Russian XXL auto, so I have no idea how consistent this trait is. I should contact Victory and ask them what they know about it.

Lucky, this should be a good sign for a high yield.

Glad to hear that you love our Viparspectra XS1500 Pro and thank you for supporting our light!

I hope so! I can't wait to see in fact. It's node 2 and node 2 bud is some of the nicest imo.

It is a great light :)

Good to see you Valerie, have an awesome week! :passitleft:

Red Russian XXL auto 1 had a big growth spurt overnight and has more or less filled the pot.

Red Russian XXL auto 2 has no space between bud sites, and two apical branches that will not bend to a training hook. It's going to be interesting to see this one flower. I had a similar situation with the last one I grew as a quad.

My tabletop grow. I have plenty of space to start the Canuk grow. I must just decide when is going to be the best time for that. I reckon I can grow them for a month before they will need the main lights, so I must work backwards from expected harvest date for RR2 by about a month.

Highya Carmen,

RR1 is such a pretty plant! Lot's of colas starting. Great training on your part! RR2 is very cute with her pompoms! I hope they do well for you! Happy Smokin'

Thank you Bode. I have high hopes for RR1. I think it might be the healthiest of all my autos so far.
Hi Carmen, They all look so happy and strong! Love the posture on those Russians!
Thank you Otter. This time around they are way happier. This soil has been kinder to them.

Good things happening in my absence? How is that even possible!

Truer words...
Good things despite your absence, but now you're here and that's what matters! :)
The RR1 plant is stretching, I'm pleased to see.

Okay! Read through this, next up is Gratefuls but jeez that's a longen...
This was also a ride... bit of a discussion here and there, and you even do spreadsheets, now that's grow journally.
I'm curious how this will turn out, they're kept very tight and neat!
Welcome Fenderbender, and thank you for having a read!

It's just past 4.20 and I've had a few bowls already. I can't sleep so here I am :)

I thought RR1 was getting taller but it's an illusion. I got out the tape measure and the distance from soil to tip of tallest leaf is 11 inches / 28 cm, when yesterday I measured it as 11.5 inches 🤔. Now it can't have got shorter so it must be that the soil shifted when I watered. Anyway, the point is the plant is no taller, but it is flourishing.

Here it is

and here is RR2

I keep looking at RR2 thinking I wish I had the heart to cull it. Honestly, the cost of the running the light to flower this plant is ludicrous. I am considering my options. I could start a single Canuk seed now and when this grow is coming to an end, start 2 more. Or, I could cull this plant and start my Canuk grow now. It's an utter waste of electricity I feel. Outside it would just be a bug magnet and raise security and privacy concerns. Decisions, decisions. Suggestions?

Stealth tree grow for RR2 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah I'd hide it in the garden somewhere. It's not big enough to grab attention. Even tie some silk flowers onto the branches so it looks like a different plant. You can get the flowers at Mrp home i recon. Also possibly not big enough for someone to snatch it. Suns free. 🌞
But only you can make that call. I second the outdoor stealth grow vibe.

Lol, I have a ground version of a mini stealth grow

Done it! Now I must remember to spray for bugs. I will use Bio-insek, which is a combination of Beauveria Bassiana and another soil born fungus that grows on hard bodied insects and kills them. I use that 2 to 3 times per week as a preventative measure. I also have Biogrow Neudosan (potassium salts of fatty acids), which is for soft bodied insects.

Thank you both, that wasn't too difficult :)
