Amy Gardner Of Eden: Perpetually Organic

Move a fixture, add soil & water to grow out the pair of missing seeds right in your living room floor, never mind roots get embedded in the carpet, that’s just collateral damage. I’m kidding of course!

Maybe empty vacuum / change to new vacuum bag & go over that area?? IDK... but sure hate that happened to you. Loved the cutthroat photo, she glazed over trying to heal up.

Congrats on dda harvest -truly a dark beauty... may it fit nicely in your medicine bag!

Update: State of the Garden
:hippy:

It’s been about a month since a full update. Severe fatigue has been kicking my arse the last few weeks so caring for the garden has taken obvious precedence over everything - including being able to post anything much about it.

During that time, as well as the DDA harvest, Sour Bubba and Panama got a big stretch on, I pulled a single nanner off SB  , I discovered and fixed the light-leak, Panama got a bigger pot and SB got the Cationic drenches.

Sour Bubba - day 85 (33/22)

It was great to do the slightly early Cats and see the contraction of the buds that resulted. It was very clearly a stop-stretch moment that pushed the flowers to ‘set’. And the frost explosion did begin obviously as well, more obviously than I’ve seen before. Day after the second Cat the mid-size fan leaves popped up trichomes all over, like this...

We’re a week on from then now and flowers are tight to the stems and already looking frosty as all get out, all over. I’m really happy w the size and shape too as it’s just what I was after. I was hoping it would be getting a bit more space to itself by now but the NLa is taking aaages to finish. Shouldn’t be long and I can get NLa out and spread out SB some more to finish off nicely.

...this next is one of the smaller secondary buds in the middle.

Almost the whole plant.

Needless to say... happy Gardner :rollit:

Northern Lights Auto - day 85

Slowest auto of my life. The biggest, too, so I’m not complaining. Well, except, hurry up already cause I want the space (suddenly I’m like a hospital administrator)!

The fat cola at the front is the apical stem cola. The fat cola at the back is off the first node. They’re about the same size and very fat at the bottom.

Even tho I’m impatient with it still being in the tent, it’s very close (a week or 2 maybe) and it fills me with confidence that my topical oil and pain oil supply line is taken care of for a good while.
:meditate:

Panama - day 47 (+14)

Pistil stigmas first showed about 33 days from sprout, under 11/13 lighting. Stretch was fast and furious and I didn’t quite keep up. I missed the window to up-pot it so that happened a bit late and it was a bit more rootbound during the stretch than ideal.

Nonetheless, she thrives! No pink pistils as yet so perhaps this is not to be the ‘red’ - I have had a run of ‘green phenotypes ’ of things...

Stretch seems to have nearly finished, only added an inch or so the last 4-5days.

Oh hey - and... this one started flowering before getting alternating nodes. It’s only started going alternate the last few days, after more that a week of flowering stretch. I assume that is a symptom of going 11/13 from seed - maturity comes fast and seems to defy the order of events! Anyhoo... pics!

lower Fans are faded and look like this...

I suspect that is from early under feeding and then me not keeping up with stretch at the start.

The upper fan leaves are looking good! I’m only just learning this soil. I mixed a little coco in with it and I’ve been using the fish hydrolysate and kelp fertilisers alternately in the soil and as foliar sprays

Also showing promising signs of frostiness very early.

just generally gorgeous to me ☺

I think I’ve covered everything garden-related that needs documenting :hmmmm:

Oh, I know. I haven’t dropped the next seeds yet. I’m due to drop the CBD and rather than choose between Candida and the CBD#1 from Ace I decided to wait and drop them together in a few weeks for a double CBD run :slide:

Meanwhile, these ones have a bit to go...

Hope you’re all doing ok out there in the world and in your homes. I’m close to a little cluster outbreak here - closer than comfortable - kind of holding breath for some folks around me. Crazy times indeed.

Stay safe and well-medicated my friends!

:Namaste:

Oh by the way, here’s an update in relation to being “between fire seasons” - for those who followed my journey through the summer of apocalypse. After some ok rains about 2 weeks ago we are currently at about 140mm of rain over the last 2 days, and still it comes. It’s the kind of winter rains we didn’t get last year and it feels good.

Further update on the rain situation… It is part of a fairly cyclonic system so the winds are fully hectic at the moment! I’m glad that big tree that came down in December is down already. Watching the all the other big ones waving around is a pretty wild thing. Eucalyptus trees bend amazingly in heavy winds, it’s usually when they snap back that things break etc. Makes for an exciting day sitting in front of the fire looking out the window...

I am so happy for you! :yahoo:

We only got about 45% of our average last winter.

Your plants are all coming along wonderfully. I'm especially loving those Sour Bubba bud pics. :green_heart:

I love a good storm when in the warmth of home, the last one was a lightning extravaganza. Glad your getting the rains this year our rains has finally given away to summer. :thumb: :passitleft:

Thanks for the update, Amy.

I'm sorry that you've been so tired lately. I hope you perk up soon.

Your garden is lovely. You really are a very good photographer.

Could you please explain to me what Cat drenches are? And, could you also please tell me what the numbers in brackets mean, e.g. Sour Bubba - day 85 (33/22), Panama - day 47 (+14)?

wow! That is amazing.

It is beautiful!

Slow and steady is sometimes best. That NL is drop dead gorgeous!
and it fills me with confidence that my topical oil and pain oil supply line is taken care of for a good while.
So glad for you as I know you work hard to grow your supply.
just generally gorgeous to me
Yes it is. All of your plants are “scrumptrulescent”. That’s a word my kids made up years ago after watching Will Ferrell do a skit about Harry Carey on SNL. Sorry if you don’t get it - but it means absolutely delicious - a truly high compliment in our house!

Hola! thanks folks. Glad to be entertaining :)

Seems that single nanner was not alone. @MagicJim just spotted another 1 or 2 in one of my pics from today :eye-roll: Hopefully it’s just from the leak that is now fixed, maybe that coinciding with the Cat drenches. I’ll scope the whole thing tomorrow.

in the top left-ish of the upper bud...
