All Aboard - Dabber Blooms Buds In The Tub Of Love

Whoa! Cali-talk in here. It's just like religion, neither side is listening and minds are made up! There is good and bad. I've had great times in both towns mentioned, but just like Arizona, I just can't live in a state that relies on other states for water. Go drive around the highways of Arizona to see what I am talking about. Every ten miles or so is a bridge with a sign saying X-River and Y Creek filled only with dust hat hasn't seen water since the last monsoon if there even was one, and has been that way for over 30 years. To me water is a bank account that can't be refilled. You run out you're done! I'm not saying floks in AZ or Cal don't deserve water, I'm saying (because I've lived in the areas that Cal and AZ get their water from) that it depletes all water and water resources to get water to those states & not just water, wildlife & vegetation suffer great blows. Then, after those are gone the economy of those places starts to go as the outdoor resources that once a staple for tourism and livelihood are gone. Have you ever thought about how much water a city the size of Phoenix or LA wastes in a day? Not to mention how much they use. I now live in a place that has lots of water that is very clean and cared for. It comes out of the tap with the most amazing natural flavor. I also think it is impossible for this water to be diverted to any state with no water. I like it here. You would too.

I'll try and grab some pics today. Nugs looking really nice.

I mean dont get me wrong. Every place has its pros and cons. And I'm not trying to say anything towards people that live there, it's just not for me. Especially for working in the canna industry. I have very fond memories of vacationing in California, but when my buddies talk about working concentrates in LA, it sounds like a nightmare...

Up here most of the business owners are friends and prop the other up. From how it was described to me it sounded like LA was the polar opposite.

Dont forget Vegas. And Hoover. It's just water the Colorado river supplies..... also electricity for millions.

Okay friends. I'm gearing up to be washington state bound. Going to have lunch with rider next week. I will try and do some reviews of a couple products.

So if there is anything you care to see me sample or want to hear about please let me know. Edibles, dabables, 30% thc strains?

I'm going to try and get a ton of pics today of the chop so I can load them over the next week with my reviews.

Here are the ones I didn't upload the other night....

Should have some great shots of some dried mama G fir today. The main difference I notice from last round is less burned up sugar leaves. no comment on smoke or effect as of yet, but I assume if it tastes any where near as good as it smells, it should be fire.

Thanks friends! I was pretty stressed and still am honestly, but the excitement is kicking in. And it will be cool to go to Seattle and come back to Alaska looking equally as green, which means fishing season! 730 pm I went to the gas station last night and the shores were lined with fishermen and women.
 
Well I can say this. For 375 watts approximately at the wall for a 5 by 2.5 space. I'm pretty damn happy with how the lights performed. I'm sure they could be closer next round, but I'm very happy with the initial test. Should be right around a pound or so of dank. Or that's my initial guess at least. 3/4 to full pack.

I'll grab some turkey bags today. I left some nugs on the Bush. Enough to give the Cob thing a whirl. No clue how to do it so I'll freeze them fresh and attempt it after my return.

As they dry I'm noticing plenty of beans!!!

Operation quest for midnight sunshine was a huge success!!

Because I grow in the bathroom I'll kick on the shower full heat and steam kill any pollen so we can start chucking for the next group. As chris would say fun fun fun. Exciting times ahead crew!

Where is that closet you're hanging those buds? Better be vented to the outside ;). Love the frost on the underside of those leaves...never noticed that before!

Nope all over the bathroom. You kidding me during my 2 day chop-a-thon I opened the door to go down grab a dab and 2 cold ones, and the smell woke her from a dead sleep. If I tried to bring even 1 gram through the door I'd be in BIG trouble...

It's mainly cause her uncle is a grower, in Wa. I'll send pics of the greenhouse and such when I'm there.... and he used the livingroom for to dry pounds of buds. Well needless to say it left a very negative impression on her. And the smell drives her nuts. I can't blame her honestly.

The last pic is the underside of the Atf with a seed breaking free.

I wonder if the pollination cause less bulking of the buds? They're by no means fluffy but I expected a bit more filling out...

I was really bummed when I thought I botched the seed thing. the breeding and preservation of genetics is so lucrative it would have sucked to be another 4 to 6 months away from the first step. But now I preserved the genetics on that killer pheno, crossed it, line bred it, and once I test the viability,I can spread some love!

And arctic is going to have crosses and line bred blueniverse, huckleberry x c99 , and grape krush.

So I'll drop all those after I get back. Flower in the heat of summer to stress test for stability, after taking some clones, and see what happens.

Then when and if the time comes send in the crosses for testing. The line bred and selfed seeds should retain all the same traits and stregths.

I guess I'm a little excited? Could you tell

I should just get the meter lol. I'll be applying some other places when I get back, unless I hear back from the place I tested at while I'm away. Some income will really help me dial everything in. I also want to upgrade the extraction fan among a couple design tweeks.

Damn, this growing this is addicting! Too much fun
