Alex's - SCROG - 620 Watt CFL's - Actual Wattage - Super Lemon Haze

umm you control your lights manually? really. why not just get a timer, what a hassle hahaha
as for the auto suggestions thanks. but im 100% sure that i can grow in one batch enough to last me till veg and flower. I did a really hard super crop to the girls just now all 4 were pretty much at a right angle, i watered them a bit yest with the fresh soil but did a full watering on them of around 8 liters on all of them i still need to figure out how im going to get the watering right. going to wait 3 days or until the soil is dry and figure out how many liters i need to get run off from the bottom. but yeah they were super limber i was so scared of a snap as i did the crop on the very bottom of the stems so a snap there and it be tape time haha.
 
Thanks for the reminder about poss hermie lol I think they sould be ok with wit extra 6 hours darkness for one day. Untill this mornings insident they have been pretty stress free so fingers crossed

Max.. yea I tryed timers man but they have a tendancy to break when using high watts. If ur running a few hundred watts plus the bit of copper that is ment to snap open when timer ticks off ends up fusing together through the initial high wattage demand at click on. I think they are recomended up to 400 watts or so that is the general household ones. U can get a £10 one on ebay that's ment to be good to 600 watts. The specialized ones for our hobby that run a lot of watts range from £50-£150 pounds in my hydro store I use. In a previous grow I went thru 2 household timers realized they were broke when I noticed lights had been on 30 hours lol. So this time I decided the flik of a switch twice a day wasn't such chor :)

main thing is to make sure them girls get a solid 12 hrs + in the dark you should be okay, I know several people that refuse to use timers people got crazy alarms on there phones to get up and turn on/off lights your not alone, I like timers though

Well they got 18 hours darkness last night so I'm good there lol

My girls have seen lots of 'extra dark' because I too an a timerless grower. No problems so far :wood: And Im with you... In this late stage just the mention of the 'H' word sends chills down my spine!!! :goodjob:

I am currently growing super lemon haze too.

I am in week 4 flower right now. I only have to warn you about one thing...
It grows big and tall so quick ! and bigger than you can imagine. I LST'd mine and it went crazy. i have like 10 tops at least on each plant.
I have 4 X 150W Metal Halides and just introduced 8 X 25W CFLS which made a huge difference in 2 days..

Check out my journal and look at the difference between week 4 Veg and week 4 Flowering. look at what happend in 1 month.
There are no photos for Week 1 to week 3 of flowering as i was away and my mate was looking after them.
 
Hey dj raven I'll chek urs out just now thanks for the warning. But mine should be near finished stretching to as I'm at week 4 flower myself lo I was supprised by the level of stretch like they exploded as soon as the showed signs of sex

So as like earlier in the grow I'm currently working on a supermarket chain re fit. Earlier I scored some 100 watt hps lamps that would of been skipped.

This time iv scored something else... 6 light fixtures that look like this....

Might make a singe hood to take takethe 6 forvegging lighting... these are the bulbs they take I scored 12 brand new. Plus the 6 in the units already

do those lamps have a K rating on them?
 
i saw one video on youtube a while back it was a blueberry grow , the guy was black. if it helps anyone remember.

it was a flower room he made out of long CFL type lights like these it looked like a tanning bed hydro grow !

1900 lumens is insane thats going to be a hell of a veg room i can tell you that much.
