Oz ola ya monkey hanger. It took me ages to get there this morning as the "S-sands works road" was closed due to flooding and maybe wind too. Back home all sorted now. Today's my first day back at work... 2:30 n I start

Jay :) hello my friend.... The build starts soon mate :) iv got the studding wood in the garage so il build the stud work up over this week. My mate has a source for cheap ply wood. Regular an reliable. £4.50 a sheet for 8x4ft sheets of the thin stuff think its 1/4 inch ? They will arrive Saturday morning. I have the boy over he weekend so no build then he is sheltered from my hobby. So I reakon next Monday will be project end for the main build. Then il just have to fill n sand my screw holes. Paint and skirting board it. Wen Mathilda and the juniors go into flower I start the next round. It will be rolling 8-9 week veg & flower cycles meaning I should have a good harvest every 8 weeks

Hi mate. I was over in the 'boro last night picking a new laptop up for Mrs Oz and the S.Sands Rd was wet then lol. These winds are getting worse buddy :( Need them to stop so I can get on with my plans for the garage :)
 
Yea ur garage could do with being fixed by the sounds of it oz. Eye that road totaly close apart from wagons.

Done my plans for my stud work. Just popping them up to show how easy it is to build ur own solid space. Each section will be built in the workshop as shown in pik one. Then bolted together in the spare bedroom as shown in pik two.... Sizes are not exact obv a door is not bang on 6ft
The plan is 4 LA style flux's in oz style rectangle pots in veg and flower at same time :) 8-9 week veg and flower

Nice one mate :) Standard door size is 6'6"" x 2'6" in old money for internals lol.
My plans for the garage are to build 2 breeze block rooms. I'll need some ply for the roof of each and for benches etc. If poss could I buy some off your mate buddy? I reckon on around 12 sheets :)
 
That wouldn't be a problem oz mate as long as there's nill mention of our hobby. The guys a friend of an uncle :)
Sounds good oz. With it being a garage grow u will totally need smell under strict control. U may think u no ur naubors but u don't lol
 
Cheers mate. I'm like you when it comes to "who knows" I tell NO-ONE. The only people who actually KNOW me that know what I'm doing are my Mrs, my son and...because HE told her...his Mrs. My other son and my daughter don't have a clue. Totally agree on the neighbors thing too. Luckily the way our garage is set out I can control the smell AND sounds easily. I'll PM you buddy when I'm ready for them but it should be in around 4-6 weeks time I think :) How much would he want for 9mm ply or 11m sterling board/OSB ? :) I'll probably need about 6 sheets of 18mm too if I decide to put a raised floor in it lol :)
 
Bloody hell you pair, ill be following you soon on the more space bit. But you guys going big and Alex you wanting to go perpetual with fluxes is awesome. :) the yields you should get is gonna be funny! No more running out lol.
 
Hey oz I think the thick thick ply is it 18mm I think that stuffs £11 which is a big saving. Just give us a shout :)

Cheers again mate....that's a great deal:) I used to buy 2-3,000 sheets at a time when I was running my business and I was paying £12 a sheet then :) Really appreciate you help buddy.

Haha only joking oz :) I'm the same mate I need to dig my Timber out the garage make sure iv got enough 3x2
Iv knocked my working hours down to 3-8 now so iv got time in the mornings now to get it built
 
If you need a hand just holla mate. I've been building stud partitions for over 25 years so I've got reasonable idea how to do them lol. :)
