Alex801's New Grow BC Cookies 400 Watt HPS In Soil - GLR

Hi all. Crashed out last night lol. Yeah, yeah...light weight I know :) Glad the light situation is resolved in the POSITIVE mate. :) I wouldn't go above the 400w though. Manufacturers HAVE to factor in a +/- tolerance of "around" 10% when rating electrical appliances. Obviously that margin decreases with use and wear. :) HAPPY HAZY DAZE AHEAD my friend :)

Soooo a trip to my hydro store of choice and £28 later I'm home with my 400 mh and a 50 litre of canna terra pro

It had a green tint on fire up but 30 seconds in it's the brightest light iv ever seen
No flickering or anything so I'm pretty sure it's all good

No problems yet as it were. Just wondering cuz i have some berries on the way and it seems youve grown everything in the book lol :)

Iv put the pot in the grow room today under a 125watt cfl ready for her breaking threw the soil :)
Shel stay under that for 5-7 days then bring on 6 weeks of metal halide and intense fluxting
 
I'm thinking 8 weeks dependant on how well she vegges
That's from sprout to flip. I lately have went 30 days from sprout but I'm after a good 1 plant yield here so the only way is a decent veg time. How about u? My veg is a guess. It's a new strain to me plus a new training tech to me also so it will be more visual. When it looks n feels time to flip..... We flip :)
 
Yeah, I can understand that mate. I received my beans 16 days ago and I'm keeping a written daily dairy on a pad lol. It does drag it out but it's great for future reference. I'm really relying on LA, you and others to say when to flip lol. I'm hoping to do well off all 10......that will REALLY shortcut my plans :). If I can hit 12/13 oz each I'll be BUZZIN lol :)
 
Yea that would be quite dreamy.
Clones would totaly rule out lots of this early veg time
If I was u I'd be tempted to buy a small tent n keep one of ur ten in ther on constant 18/6 for future clones. That would be the way forward I would guess for u. Those tents can be cheap now. Just an idea.
 
Lol. Funny enough mate (you know my plans) but Mrs Oz has aid she's cool with me keeping a "pet" after this grow lol. So, I've got a 4' x 18" cupboard which I'll extend to 4' x 2.5' and use it as a "toy" store for 1 plant only :)

THAT is lower than normal mate. My 400w Apollo gives me 55,000Lumens for MH and 65,000Lumens for HPS.
 
Hey LA that's about were I think my new metal halide is around 60,000 I'm very pleased AG
