Things are still moving in the right direction. Not as fast as I'd like. I started to write that love is patient and this came to mind:
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails.
I did grow up in the Bible Belt, after all. Don't mean to push it on anyone. It's just something that came to mind. I'm not even an overly religious person since growing up. We do go to the Episcopal church now and they seem to be cool with cannabis.
At any rate, the veg tent is busy - maybe too busy and crowded. I am likely to take clones of the clones (on those I haven't already) and after they root and the old clones have filled out I will move them to flower. Otherwise it may be too much. I have seeds. I want to grow enough to last a long while and eventually take a break or have a little less to worry with.I already feel less like I have to hover over them than I did the first grow. I can take yellowing leaves and the like in stride now.
Took a few pictures. First up is Big Bud by Sensi Seeds from @George from The Vault by way of a @420 contest. Plant all the seeds a few weeks ago and they are taking off now.
Then the rest in no particular order: OG Kush, Purple Orange CBD, Wedding Cake, the Orange Sherbert Clone, Skywalker Kush, Durban Poison, and the mothers/old clones I plan to flower. When it's time to move the seedlings to flower I'll plant the next batch of seeds. After that run I will plant and grow by need. By then there should be a good inventory.
They look good to me. The MH1 re-veg is looking good. The Northern Lights re-veg has a few small leaves that are struggling and a few tiny leaves just coming out. She is more thirsty than I thought she'd be at this point.
My colleague at work is still out but should be back in a couple more months. The temp is grating on my nerves and a new recruit (that I really think will do well) we took to dinner a few weeks ago has signed on. IOW, some relief is on the way.
Here are some pitiful smoke reports:
Everything is pretty smooth, with Blueberry so far being somewhat more harsh than the others. Surprisingly, I am told, a little too much can knock you on your ass. Tangled was not expecting much due to the advertised THC of 13% and CBD of 5%, but she could barely walk or remember anything. It's an uplifting and calming strain. Hints of blueberry, spice, and earth.
OG Kush CBD is mellow, calming, somewhat energizing/buzzy.
White Russian has a little more energy as well, but is calming.
Everything so far is good for neuropathic pain and anxiety.
Orange Sherbert has yet to dry but is on the list. I am hoping it and/or Blueberry will make a good daytime strain. If not, we do have Durban Poison growing now and the next grow will include Purple Haze, White Widow, and a few others.
