Airy buds and low yield

Hey guys my plant is budding and the buds are airy and the leaves are sort of curling...i did some research and first thing i found was nitrogen toxicity.so i flushed again and again and again and i see no difference could it be that the tap water that i am using has nitrogen? Also i have some pics of 2 leafs yellowing .when i saw the yellow leafs i started my research in deficiencys.i didn't find something accurate.and the other strange thing i noticed were the pistils.this is my second grow and my first one just produced white pistiled fat buds and then the pistils started turning orange, but this one has very airy buds and already like 30% orange pistils.and yes i check the resin and its somwere at 40% cloudy and the rest clear here are some photos

Nitrogen toxicity is occurs when your plant has absorbed too much Nitrogen. The leaves will be dark green, and the leaf tips curl downward.
Flushing the soil at this point only removes nutes from the soil, and not Nitrogen from the plant. You want to change your nute mix to lower the level of Nitrogen available until the problem goes away.

Yellowing leaves can be a number of problems, depending on where they appear on the plant.

Airy buds and low yield can be caused by a number of problems, or combination of problems. Things like too much water cause poor root growth, poor root growth can't support a big plant. You have things like temperature, and humidity that can influence yield, nutrients used, lighting/wattage/number of lights, PH fluctuations, soil, pot size, etc.. all can play a part.

thank you very much i cant give you all the info you need now so i'm going to tell you what i know now and later on i'll look deeper into some answers that i can find out but don't expect for me to tell you everything because this is my 2nd grow and i'm sort of a begginer.ok, lets starth with the info
Strain:unknown, from what i see its a hybrid maybe a little sativa
Plants:1
Stage:flowering around 3rd or 4th week
Indoor
Soil:and may i add that a part of a soil, is really bad soil water hardly passes through it but i'm working on carefully removing the shit soil and adding normal soil for indoor OR outdoor i mean, the soil i have is normal
no fox farm or anything special becase i dont live in a legal country.the size of pot i dont know either(sorry:/)
Lghts:1 cfl on top yellow 2 fluroecent white on sides.its a closet grow theres a fan blowing in the closet continusely there are reflectors everywere so i dont think we have a problem there.
temp.I keep it 20C and over i'm 100% sure.the room is humid at least 65%
PH.unknown. i know its important i just dont have the money to by a meter now
NO PESTS at all
i water like once a week or so.BUT.-->the soil from the humidity does not dry it dries very very slowly and that might be a good possibility because i read that you said about overwatering and no room for roots.the other day i was cheking the soil and realized that it could have much more rooting.
i dont use fertilizers and on this plant i didn't want to add no fertilizers at all
And the room i dont know either but all i can tell you its not big its a normal room for a teenager lets say.
Thank you so much for the help i'l look into the simpler answers that i can answer and i will update you

Soil is one problem. The plants need a good medium to grow in. It should drain well, and not stay wet too long.

Lights. What wattage are they?

Humidity is a little too high for flower, Aim for 40%-50% for Flower. Perfect for Veg.

Knowing your PH is helpful. It's required to figure out the cause of problems. PH meters are cheap (A few dollars for a cheapo that will help. About $20 USD For a nicer digital unit)

Soil too wet, too long, as stated above is a problem. It causes slow root growth, since the roots don't have to stretch out to find water, so the root ball ends up small. A small root ball can't support a big plant.

Fertilizers/Nutrients are almost a necessity, unless you have an amazing organic soil. (This typically requires extensive composting, and adding amendments, basically "building" your soil before you even put plants in it)

It doesn't seem like much, but all the little problems add up, and create a less than optimum environment for the plant.

thank you very much for your help you helped me figure out some things and another reason are the lights after all the watts are 23w on top one side 30w and the other 16. obviously its not much light and i'm buying in some days an hps light a ph meter and a dehumidifyer.

u can buy a ph meter reading pen off ebay for about 4 quid free postage and they work u can get lots of gadgets off ebay like 60x mag glass ec pens etc i would have a look am trying to do it cheap
