He should still check the ph.

Thanks angel, penny & Lito....great...was hoping it was new growth. So I'm confused as to if ph perfect gmb will uptake from 4-7 ph, & my water is ph between that range....shouldn't overall ph be the same? That is to say the run off ph should be within that range also?

Some strains do in fact do what your plant is doing with new growth, have you done any research on the strain you are growing? Some will do that no matter what, but checking the ph would be a safe bet

Where i do top feed and recirculate the nute solution with plenty of runoff my ph stays the same. Going in and running off is the same. My last grow i had zero ph problems for the first time. I measured ph in my res only, i tried to keep it around 6.0 but was hard at times. I did use ph down from time to time if i saw it getting to high.

I'm guessing your early miss didn't do this? Thanks again for everyone's help. I know their are lots of other folks needing help, so I don't want to hog all you guys' time, but I really do appreciate you're input, knowledge & support.

When the tip of the leafes point straight down and the leafes starts to kinda curl inwards its an indication of nitrogen toxicity. They need much more in veg than flower hence why many growers seems to have this issue. Since you also seem to have ph issues I would probably give them a good flush with only ph'd water and see if that clears the problems out.

Thanks again Lito. It was early, & I wasn't worried at the time about the leaves drooping ( pointing straight down) as they do this at night I've noticed. I just thought it was still like that due to early morning light. I'm going to re check them now that there's more light out there.

I was thinking so to, since I've noticed that they do droop /pout when they sleep. If it wasn't for angel posting here or elsewhere, but I remembered you posting it, I checked mine that night & for a few nights to confirm, & low & behold....another good call by angel!! Thank u again!!
I just took pics. Iwll post when I can. I think they look ok.... but I've totally no experience. Thanks.

So I was wondering. I have plants outside in flower. Autos. If during flower, they are supposed to have lower humidity, then what do you do when the outside humidity is 80 & 90%? I mean, if the plants grow naturally outside, why do people say that humidity needs to be lower? Thanks!!

This is just a hypothesis, cannabis likes higher elevations typically, where humidity is much lower while still being an adequate temp.

...be nice because...In the end, aren't we all just flower growers?

Just updated my journal with a step by step guide for version 2.0 of my DIY activated carbon exhaust system, not to toot my own horn but I'm pretty proud of this one. Link in my sig below.
