I have no idea what is causing your issue, but it seems to be something that has affected most of your plants which leads me to believe the problem could be the soil, nutrients, or water (that really narrows it down right?).
Soil. May be a good idea to pick up some new coco (or soil) for your next grow.
Nutrients. I'm still having a hard time figuring out when I'm over or underdoing it, but I always caution on the side of error and will use less nutes. I figure it's better to underfeed than overfeed right?
You got your pH in check so I don't think its the water, unless it's loaded with chemicals. If you don't have a PPM (parts per million) or TDS (total disolved solids) meter you should get one so you can see how much stuff is in your water, and then you can also dose your feedings better.
I'm a total newbie by the way so don't put too much weight in my suggestions. Just giving you some things to think about for your next grow.
