A Four Strain Barney’s Farm Grow

There are still a few white ones popping. Thanks.
If they are fresh white pistils carry on as usual.
But in late flower white pistils popping up is foxtailing.
That's something to be looked at more carefully as it can disguise the correct harvest window.

Good morning, this morning I woke to the main Blue Gelato 41 cola laying over, it was nearly upside down. I couldn't leave it like that. All the fiber strength was gone at the bend, I needed to make a long splint to stand it straight again. It eventually worked after attempting with shorter splint lengths. I don't like messing with plants in later flower.

It will be nice to have some room. The MxOP will come out any day now with others to follow.
Let the clown show begin.

Happy grows :peace:

Hi la Rue

Your photography is so beautiful:)

Oh and good first siding with your splint skills ⛑
Beautiful!
:thanks: The splint is holding. Its always something.
----

It was a water and rotate night. The right side was left as is until there is more room. The main colas are swelling up nicely. Thanks for looking in. I still get nervous at this point in a grow. Day 55 12/12 :peace:

Greetings everyone, after an extended break due to unforeseen circumstances this Grow has finally started. My apologies for the abrupt departure, there is not much more I can say.

Up next will be the Kush Mintz, White Widow, Blue Gelato 41 & Critical Kush - The plan is to grow out 2 of each strain, with 3 of 1 strain for a total of 9 plants.

After 36 hours between wet paper towels, 16 of 16 grew tails, 100% success. 3 of each strain were put in starter pots today. These will be grown out with a short veg in 2 gal grow bags.

All are welcome to follow along, participate ask questions, just hang out and/or offer advice. Happy grows :peace:

Thanks, Bill. Something about watching the main colas get fat.
It was a good day. Wishing you the same.
You really do grow mint plants!

💚💚💚
Thank you Tra they do most of the work themselves. I mostly just watch. :) You know, you grow some beauties. You have a great collaborator.
Lovely gardening stinker!
Thank you my friend. If not organic, is it really gardening or more plant tending? You are a true gardener with beautiful organic grows and the understanding of.. I'm now planning on learning, acquiring and prepping a soil for a 1 plant outdoor in the spring.

Thank you Grand Daddy. You should know.. you've got fat chonky buds going on as well. Real beauties. :green_heart:
Good.luck.man.👌
:Namaste: Mountainman, much appreciated.

Pull up a chair. We have come a long way since then. Its getting close now.
Loving this grow! happy pine cone looking buds!
Thank you! I love all grows.
With the colors I see pine cones. When they frost up and look crusty, a friend here said they look like hand grenades. I need to look back and see who said it.

Thank you everyone. I don't know what else to say. Its an honor and a treat to receive praise from a group of great growers like yourselves.
I smoked a fatty of the only real sativa I have. Now way Buzzed :snowboating:

This is a great site. When I decided to grow again after many years of not smoking, all the encouragement, answers and direction were freely offered to me. Its a great community.

I added a low dose of Epsom salts to the water for two of the plants tonight. It might help the yellowing.

My wife's sister has been visiting us for a couple days so it has delayed the taking of the 1 MxOP. I didn't want the stink in the house while she is here, it'll come out tomorrow after she leaves and be chopped the next morning, Mon. Its funny though, her and the other siblings don't all approve but all are glad to get treats. Its my pleasure to give but I am concerned of what they could say to others.

The MxOP was vegged less at 16 days and is in a 1 gal grow bag. The others were vegged 21 and are in 2 gallon bags. Here are a couple pics of the MxOP and one of the Kush Mintz. The mintz will be chopped a day later. Others should start to follow. Happy grows :peace:

I always seem to ruin flower. I veg okay, then when it’s like for harvest I make stupid mistakes.

If these seeds arrive maybe you and I could do a comparative grow :)

I think growing side by side and journaling with friends is so enjoyable.

Good morning! Even if flipped early, cannabis wants to thrive. Its day 28 and 7 since flipping to 12/12. The lights were kept close and at a high intensity, I think it keeps the nodal spacing tight. I raised the light a few inches yesterday and some plants grew that 2" or 3" overnight. I'm still learning, could have probably flipped this number at 16 or 17 days. We will see. :)

I'm liking the stainless rollers, can easily rotate and roll around the tent for light intensity and hot spots. Remove 1 row and roll/rotate where and how wanted. Pretty cool. Pic heavy, growing fast.

The Kush Mintz will be taken from the tent tomorrow and will probably be chopped the following day. :peace:
