A Base Treatment Regimen For Cancer

I feel for you cajun. The first couple years are the hardest to adjust to. The shirtless nature of southern living, well..... Wasn't it nice to have been able to have enjoyed that for so many years?

I like the way you laid that out. Bears a striking resemblance to my plan for the new thread. Nice to know I'm choosing the right path.

Beware of knowledge that was not paid for in some way. Mine was paid for in blood. Literally.
Takes awhile actually treating ppl too.
You'll get it, but go slow & pick up the small nuances you miss going too fast. People call them secrets. Lol.
Master making the oil, then help out a few folks.

Yeah, not quite Matthew MacConahey, but shirtless is a nice benefit. It's not as bad right in town as people said the winter was. But, it is a lil rough up where I live.
Good lord... And bears. I didn't buy the stories. They were for real. Damn bears dug a carcass I buried up. I haven't seen any, but I've heard them & see tracks.
I'm used to gators, cougars (lol), Bob cats & coyotes.
You know. Things that can't hurt you (trusty .45).

Cold or not, weed is legal here. Total freedom. I've been to some 420 events in Cali.
Sorry, not even close.

true! Hopefully CA will be by year end! Thanks goodness we can get it! Maybe one day everyone will have total freedom!

Did I mention I'm tired of the cold? Cold weather makes everyday things just that much harder.
I'm used to walking around in no shirt by now.

Snowed 3-4" on Sunday. I am not pleased.

It's been 13 or 14 years now in snow country. My wife and I are looking for an escape plan. South America has been examined and determined not viable for well paid employment when one speaks only english. New Zealand has a large Internet speed and cost problem. Canada is cold.

We are considering moving back to my parents home in Oakland. About 2 miles from Oaksterdam University. I suspect personal safety may keep us away, although the weather is some of the friendliest on the planet. Has the price of elecricity returned to pre-Enron levels?

--- and to pretend to be on topic. Yes, Blood, Sweat and Tears are important - and we appreciate the Blood, Sweat, and Tears you have spilled on our behalf. --Didn't they sing 'Sometime in Winter?'

. Not hot or cold=low utility bills. Plus, it keeps the oil flowing! Oakland....haven't been there in years. if I lived in the Bay Area, I couldn't afford food! But some very nice areas and plenty of green for the partaking! :thumb:

I have full labs every 2 weeks.
The #'s most affected on my full blood is "neu # (ANC)".
All others have never seemed to have been affected.

The number above has to do with your immune system. If it's too low, your in danger of serious infection.

I'm happy to be on so much.
I have a ton of PM's I'm chopping down. If you've sent one & I haven't replied... I will soon.
Doing better just being home & eating organic real food again.

Okay, that means my cancer is different and is more relative to blood. Ofcourse it is, cause it's a blood cancer lol :D Yeah, I know that Neutrophils are responsible for infections. My neutrophil count is good. But BAS reading is going up. which could mean, cancer is activating itself into acceleration phase, and that would mean bad news for me. But otherwise other readings are fine.

Being home after hospital feels like you're having a vacation of some sort :)) I wish you get well real soon :) Don't forget to drink lots of water :) It's really strange to give advice for someone who's much more intelligent than me ;>

Wait 'til summertime hits. You're gonna' love Colorado then! :thumb:

But I understand where you're coming from. I was born in Denver but the family moved to the south while I was still a young child. My brother moved back after college. I'm still in the south. There's a reason for that, and it's called winter. ;)

At 62, living most of my life in The Burgh, I'm a bit spoiled. The topography shields us from the worst of the storms and our temps are another notch above everything around us. My bones crave the seasonal change and you layer against the cold.

But those five collegiate years in West Texas are never far from my memory. Shorts and bare feet on my birthday in December was like a dream come true. :laughtwo:

Jen, how'd your daughter do with the transition of becoming responsible for her tacking? I was thrilled to hear she's already so engaged in her treatment.

West Texas is nice! no state income tax too..

My daughter is doing ok. I think she needs more of a schedule rather than when ever. asymptomatic currently, but those could come any day now, and they will be bad. She is eaten up inside. We will talk about a better schedule this weekend. Jen

Hi Cajun! Wanted to say hello, but didn’t want to bother you too soon. Hope you’re feeling much better. Everyone here has been fantastic during my short but enlightening 420 journey. (seriously just hatched out of the 420 egg)

Background: My daughter is 26, with very aggressive type of cervical cancer. (adenosquamous) Surgery sept 2015, Rad. Hysterectomy, six weeks of very light chemo and horrific radiation.
Did not work. Cancer has progressed to lungs and Abdomen. (I am quite sure at our next appointment, they will want to blast her with Chemo and avastin)

Time line on 420 -two weeks.
Obtained MMJ card/bought a high THC oil and CBD oil chaser
Tacking 2:1. (X1 week) - could we add a capsule of Coconut oil and/or flaxseed oil “pre-tack” for bio-availability?

I believe we should be adding the back door approach since she is SO sick. (bio-availability wise) even night and weekends to start. no public ooze!)
I understand we could do a mixture in a syringe for a rectal quickie. THC/CBD and coconut oil maybe? (work up to a gram of THC/CBD – hopefully, the CBD will cut the euphoria.

If there isn’t a specific protocol for Met. Cervical Cancer, am I on the right track?

By the way, I grew up in Mississippi. Close to Cajun country.

The people here on 420 are the best people in the world. Giving time to help people like my daughter, it’s the most kindness we have received. :circle-of-love:

Would appreciate any suggestions  Jen

Hi Jen,

Mississippi, huh? I grew up in Alabama. Looks like we all have the Deep South well represented here!

With Cajun still a little under the weather I thought I would try to offer some help that may be useful for you and your daughter. Back in February, Cajun posted the following information for someone who had metastatic cervical/ovarian cancer. Since your daughter's cancer is similar I though this might be useful for you.

Shazzy,
Ah hah, I've a computer.

So, one of the issues with medicating w/ CCO is are we getting enough cannabinoids into our system?

But, the other (& a biggy) is are the receptors (the CB1 & CB2 mainly) absorbing the cannabinoids?
The receptors can easily become chemically inactivated. They are turned off.
This is called methylation.
Basically, methyl groups (cells) surround the receptor sites & shut them down.

This is why a lot of people do not experience the full healing effect of the CCO, if any sometimes.

I've Stage 4 colon cancer met. to liver. It was proven from a study in 2008 that methyl groups, along with cancer, completely shut down all CB1 receptor sites on the colon in colon cancer patients. This has since been semi-reversed in lots of patients. We now know that if we can cleanse & activate the receptors that the CCO has a strong chance of causing cell death (apoptosis) in cancer.

This is a pretty big issue as it can point to why the CCO is not helping someone's specific disease. The thought even 5 years ago was "oh well, either the oil works on someone or by some weird unknown it doesn't".
Well, we're closer to knowing why it doesn't do a thing for some people now.
I have been trying to spread this knowledge, but as you can see, it gets pretty technical/medical and is not as easy as simply taking it a specific way sometimes.

So you've been using another cancer survivor's oil. That's a good thing. I usually advise to throw it out. I won't in your case. I'm considering your "sourcing" difficulties too.
My personal opinion would be to find out how much THC the oil has if possible so we can use it better. What ratio are the suppositories to oil too?
Forget about CBD (though it would help w/ colon inflammation). You need as high as THC as possible right now.

First, you should demethylate. I'll pm how.
Also, start eating green apples & drinking as much green tea as possible. They are natural demethylating agents. 1/8th teaspoon of ground cinnamon & 1 oz per day of dark chocolate are your new friends now too.
I'm going to send you a phenolic oil mix to demethylate.

Next...supplements.
Taking the supplements (apigenin & amentoflavone) I have on this thread somewhere will reduce clearance of the cannabinoids by >80%. You will save money, oil & your life possibly by taking them. Show these to your oncology team to ensure there are no potential problems. These are not drugs so you should be great. They are found naturally in many foods like cloves.

Take them with 15ml of pure virgin olive oil 30 mins prior to dosing with the CCO.

So...Dosing.
I would suggest you continue with the suppositories. But, I'm going to show you how to supercharge them (not euphoria) with a few ingredients. You will dose with them 5x a day.
Also, due to your liver metastases, insert the suppositories farther than I usually suggest. Insert them as far as possible. 3" minimum. This is so your hepatic vein can carry them straight to your liver.

Use the same recipe for the anal suppositories vaginally as well. We're going to fuss with the cervical/ovarian disease while we're at it.

I can't help you with obtaining the oil, but I'm sure where there's a will there's a way.

Stay on these oil threads pretty regularly/consistently. I'm kinda hit or miss on here, but get a ton of PM's when someone raises a flag.

Based on the above, it sounds like Cajun would recommend your daughter start dosing with suppositories, both anal and vaginal. But the anal suppositories would only need to be inserted 1 inch since you daughter doesn't have liver mets. That would also help reduce the euphoria issue. Note that he recommends dosing 5 times a day, 7 days a week. And although he doesn't mention the total CCO daily dose above, I know he generally has suggested working (slowly) up to a total daily dose of 1 gram per day.

Have her start taking the food/supplements Cajun recommends and SweetSue has written about to demethylate the endocannabinoid system receptors. Also take the amentoflavone and apigenin supplements with olive oil 30 minutes before the CCO dosing, to help tie up the liver metabolic process to further reduce euphoria.

Look, I'm no expert, just studying like everyone else getting ready to start my own CCO dosing to fight cancer. But the above seems consistent with Cajun's prior recommendations, and should at least get you started until he has a chance to circle back with more recommendations. Hopefully he will also be able to give you more guidance on the phenolic oil mix and the supercharge ingredients to add to the suppositories he mentions above.

And if anyone has any other thoughts or recommendations, please speak up.

Best of luck with your daughter!

. A touch of southern is always nice.

Thanks I did read that specific post and all the rest of the thread...lol After reading, I came up with those specific questions. I don't know if cajun might know of a specific dosing for cervical, since ovarian is actually very different. I am hoping he will answer the specific questions to see if my thoughts and process is feasible.

Sept 2015... Removed all female organs.....Metasized to lungs in January, February to abdomen. It's moving like wild fire! I am going to push the dosing anyway I can and hopefully to increase the bioavailability as well. A combo of tacking and recectal by syringe....I ordered coconut oil, flaxseed oil and syringes.... I am ready!!!!

Thanks for your kindness! Jen

Yep... and the green tea, green apples, cinnamon and Dark Chocolate - The demethylation is important, brinks back youthful vitality.

Hi Jen,
Don't worry about the demethylating talk in that post SlowToke posted for you.
But, I would've suggested exactly what he said.

For cervical/ovarian cancers, there has been HUGE successes using CCO.
The most common method seems to be combing vaginal & rectal.
The tacking she's doing is great, but she'll need to use suppositories when y'all feel she's ready.
Anal suppositories:
Don't insert farther than an inch or 2. I have a recipe for suppositories floating around here somewhere.

She won't feel euphoria this way as well. Especially, of she's been tacking.

Use it for both areas.

Start her at no more than 200mg per dose, 5 doses a day & up the dosage every 5 days.

Dose yourself first. Do a trial run.

Good luck. I hope this works for her. Bare minimum, instead of beating the cancer, she can come to an agreement with it and live a very fruitful life.

Best wishes & blessings to you both. Stay on here to ask questions & if issues come up on the cannabis side.

thanks Cajun! we need to dose with an easy way she can do it herself. ( syringe instead of suppositories. Just a time saver.). Maybe a coconut oil dose before she tacks too! I work many hours and travel too. Hardest part! While she is able to get around, mommy needs to bring a paycheck to pay for the gold. (CCO)

Wish I could dose myself, but cannot due to work. I have to keep my job!

Thanks again for all of your help I will try and modify best I can. You guys are the best! Thank you so much!

We've missed the meat of Jen's question here. Using suppositories all day, which we understand is the most aggressive way to treat this, isn't an optimal solution for Jen's daughter, because she's in school all day. What Jen's asking is if it would be acceptable to do the major part of the daily dosing with tacking and suppositories at night, possibly using coconut oil instead of butter and using a syringe for application.

My gut reaction here:

- Consider using Depends and stick with the suppositories. The brand name ones are very well made and she can carry extras if she wants to stay fresh. Honestly Jen, for all the inconvenience, this would be my choice. A little discomfort is a fair trade-off in my mind. It's not like there's going to be a lot of oozing.

- I wouldn't go with the coconut oil and syringe method. The liver will surely come into play right at the beginning in this scenario.

- If choosing the "tack for class, suppositories at home" approach I'd start the first suppository as soon as possible upon reaching home.

That's my two cents worth. Hope it helped Jen.

I have a question about this though, when combining anal and vaginal suppositories in a protocol does one stagger the doses between or split the dose suppository and do both at once?

Jen, one more thought. Tacking, done properly, has no strong euphoric effect that would interfere with your ability to work. This was the reason the protocol was developed and a number of our members use it precicely because their jobs demand that they be completely present.

You could most certainly begin dosing yourself, by whatever method you choose. Because you're healthy you can get by with a bare minimal dose. It's been estimated that 1-2 grams a month is a reasonable maintenance dose. Give it thought. I know I'm going to begin as soon as I've made my oil, and I'm about as healthy as they come.

Hey Jen, are you combining one of the oils with the CCO for the syringe application? I found an interesting video on YouTube basically showing how to make suppositories, but she says she uses coconut butter with CCO for syringe use. I think the butter gives more of an ointment consistency which might be helpful to keep the oil where you want it. At the end of the video a sample dosing schedule is given to show a way to increase the dose over 30 days to get up to 1 gram/day.

Here's the webpage addy ( trying to do this from my phone so hope it comes through... )
