Can you daisy chain them? Maybe that is a better option for him...

Most lights work fine during veg. The test is in flowering.
 
I am excited for my first grow! Working on mixing my soil while I wait for the light to arrive. I am using a 30/70 mix of perlite, coco fiber, and fox farm as of now. I also ordered coco croutons but not sure if I will be putting them in the bottom of grow pots considering the pots already have good drainage.

That's a really good light at a good price. I have one and I consider it my best LED. I still use it in one of my tents. It's the only light I have in that tent and it's doing a fine job flowering the three plants I have in there.

If you have not purchased pots yet, I would recommend fabric pots from grassroots. It's only 3 bucks for 5 gallon pots. I have lots from several different manufacturers, but the ones I got from Grassroots are outperforming the others.
 
One of the plants is the tangerine and the other candy Cush. Both plants are auto flower.

My two plants seem to be doing well since they sprouted and both are about a inch high. I am skipping watering today because the soil still seems moist. My new light will be arriving today but probably wont get it installed until the weekend. The pictures I am attaching are from day four.

1 8qt bag perlite
1 8qt bag of premium coconut coir pith "coco bliss"

Prepare geo bags for planting

put 2" inches of coco coir chips in bottom of pot "Grow it brand"


Tangerine dream auto -flowering
Blend 60% sativa/30%indica/10%Ruderalis
Flowering time 55-65 days
THC Content 24%
CBD Level: Medium

Candy Kush Auto-Flowering
Blend: 60% Sativa/Indica/30% Sativa/ 10% Ruderalis
Flowering time 60 to 70 days
THC Content 18%
CBD Level: Medium
 
I'd suggest a couple things bud

Start a grow journal, much easier to showcase and get questions answered, random new posts/threads tend to get lost

Also pics with lights off is much much better. Really hard to see anything with blurple and red lights

Well its day five here of the grow and the plants are over a inch tall with leaves starting to form. I was posting random pics and information but thanks to another user I was guided here to post my updates.

Just an update for everyone the following is my soil mixture and light information.

Mixed soil for grow.

1 38.8 qt bag fox farm ocean blend
1 8qt bag perlite
1 8qt bag of premium coconut coir pith "coco bliss"

Prepare 5 Gallon Geo bags for planting

put 2" inches of coco coir chips "Grow it brand" in the bottom of Geo pots and filled the rest with soil mixture.

I have a 32"*32"*63" grow tent with two plants in there currently.

My light source is a 600w Viparspectra that sits 24" inches above canopy

My plants are as follows:

Tangerine dream auto -flowering
Blend 60% sativa/30%indica/10%Ruderalis
Flowering time 55-65 days
THC Content 24%
CBD Level: Medium

Candy Kush Auto-Flowering
Blend: 60% Indica/30% Sativa/ 10% Ruderalis
Flowering time 60 to 70 days
THC Content 18%
CBD Level: Medium
 
What I'd also do is decide on a thread title and report your thread and ask Teddy to change the name
