if you need some more info, although I'm not sure exactly what he covers, Rifleman does a tutorial on DWC. The link below is where it starts. Maybe he covers what you are asking about.
I know he just harvested, so he said he would be off for a bit, but will still check his messages. He's a great guy. Don't be afraid to send him a PM for some advice as well if you like.

Hello!! Almost 3 weeks into flower and lots of stretch. I did I light defol today. They’re growing fantastic. I wonder if they’re done stretching? We’ll see!! Here’s a bunch of pics. Let me know what you think! Happy growing
