LOL, considering the jingles created lately on my grow thread....I'm getting pretty good at sayin' things riddly fast. ;-)

Okay, we'll top away and grab a clone. I think she's going to fill out great once those branches are growing where we want them.

I have a bit of an update on Olivia... The breeder info on her is seed to harvest 45-50 days and she is 53 days old today... I pulled her out of the tent and she is still throwing pistols and her trichs are cloudy but I don't see any amber in there yet... Not that I can really tell as purple as she is... The breeder info does state she is High CBD so hoepfully she will make some good medicine... Hope everyone has a blessed and green day....:circle-of-love:

And I've decided to do something with my Blue Blood plant, by watching that plant you showed us toward the end. I'll be doing major topping to mine just like that.

Great video Pigeon :Namaste: how much time will be added to the over all growing time when topped like that? I like the idea when there is not a lot of head space.

In all honesty this is the first time I'll have done it like this so, I won't know exact times but I'm assuming I'll be adding an additional 3 weeks to her timeline in the veg room.
Not an overly bad idea when I weigh the alternative of a goofy space-taking goon plant. :rofl:

Thanks Pigeon, so besides the other benefits for space it helps with the timeline in a perpetual grow turning a Indica into a Sativa?

What I'm thinking is: Indica 9 weeks
Sativa 12 weeks
Indica "Big time topped" now 12 weeks, same as a Sativa. All times relative.

Thoughts, anybody?

I'm not doing a very good job explaining myself. If you start a Indica & a Sativa from seed, how long does it take each strain to finish?
 
I have indicas that will finish as quickly at 45-50 days in flower and I have sativas that can take as long as 70-80 days per the breeder so I figure add a week to each of those... I do understand what you are saying I think... If I start with a indica and a sativa and top the indica.... it will slow it down for a bit so they will end up both taking about the same time if I don't top the sativa... Is that correct..:confused:....:circle-of-love:
