420 Motoco Memorial Grow - Community Journal - Tribute

Oh, Brother dear.........

Here's Motoco's Mirage as of today. She's really getting her grow on, might grow right out of that solo cup. LOL
She's got about 1/2" of roots circling the bottom of the cup.

The topping went well, lots of growth on those new shoots:

There is a slight yellow blotchy going on with one of the bottom leaves, thinking she may need to get into some non-seedling soil.

Up to you!

She sure is a stocky little girl (Outstanding job Sista) nice job on the topping. I think our little girl is ready to get out of daycare (dirt), put on her big/little girl boots and get potted up. a 1/2" of roots on the bottom is a perfect way of saying please up can me to my next size can. (What is the next size can you have Sista)?

THANKS FOR DOING THIS SISTA..............:Love::cco::Love:

I have some plastic bag type pots that I bought during my very first grow. I'll try to find a pic of those, I believe they are 5 gallon when full, but the beauty of them is you can just roll or fold down the tops of them to make them less. So I could fold one down to about 2 1/2 gallons or so, maybe three.

I'll be back with a picture of them. :)

Here's a pic of the bags. I thought these might be easy for final transplant because I can just cut the bag instead of trying to take the whole plant out. Let me know what ya think:

Happy Sunday everybody....:byebye::byebye::byebye: I have a couple (:biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh:) of pics of Olivia taken yesterday on her watering day...... Then the Barney's Blue Cheese needed a drink today... Again they were just given plain old H2O.... Olivia is 28 days old from pop and BBC is 28 days old and 14 days in PJ veg soil... I pinched a few leaves off the BBC to open up the bud sites and Olivia... She is fattening up what little bit of buddage she has... I can't honestly say I have ever grown anything quite this small and watching her grow is almost amuzing.... She is quite pretty and her buds are starting to thicken up but she's not going to get any bigger and it's like a plant for Mini Me or something...:)....:circle-of-love:

They look so pretty sparkling after their shower.

:cheertwo:

I'm going to bring the Doobie Girl out into the daylight for some pics in a while. I want to see her under natural lighting instead of purples.

Thanks for the update, they look fabulous.

I just love the texture and definition of these leaves! :circle-of-love:

She is certainly showing off all of her indica traits.... If wasn't so lazy I would post up a pic of her now... It never ceases to amaze me how quickly they perk up and start reaching again after a good drink of water.....:circle-of-love:

The garden's looking grand. Amazing plants. Here's my weekly update on the Barney's CBD Critical Cure.

Day 18. Quietly building roots.

Motoco's Mirage has been upotted to big girl soil and a bigger container. I underestimated how much soil this grow bag would hold, even after cutting a few inches off the top. This is almost 5 gallons of soil:

I think she's going to be very happy there, and I have a nice sturdy edge for LST'ing when she's ready for that. (Tomato cage top ring)

It looks great Sista, she will have fun filling that big home of hers full of roots. :slide::slide::slide::adore:

:Love::Love::cco::Love::Love:

Okay Brother dear, because this girl went to transplant so easily...her roots were not disturbed one bit, I decided on some light LST to start her out in her spacious digs. If you want me to wait awhile, just let me know. I can easily take the LST stakes out.

I think that should work great to get her spread out to fit her new digs. Do you think this will be her final home? We'll let her get as busy as possible without any defol until 1 week before flip. Sound okay Sista?

Thank you Sista :thumb::cco::thumb:

I'm guessing that because there is so much dirt in there.....but Let's see how big she gets and I can always get another bag completely full if a transplant is wanted later. I can just set this one inside another, fill dirt around it and then cut the bag away and lift the pieces out if we decide to do that. :)

I agree on the defol timing. I'll just tuck leaves if they get in the way. The coated wire stakes work great for that.
