I vote it stays and then just revamp the rules so there is a specific time frame. Relatively recent is all a matter of perspective :)

I made this strain with resistance in mind to handle the high humidity and rain in my particular micro climate where I live here on the big island of Hawaii. For clarity I do put them in the greenhouse when we expect heavy rains but they did get rained on quite a bit especially when I put the plants out for some sun and head to work.
