I wish I could agree with the having no idea part lol!! 2 years ago I had wicked root rot issues due to where I planted, last year I had a better spot picked out but had bugs, rain, PM and bud rot to deal with. This year will be wayyyyy more controlled
Yeah lol I feel ya ...it sucks to see the garden slowly getting worse. I was not consistent with multiple things and I could have prevented a lot of the issues. Last year's heavy smoke from all the wild fires did not make things any better for me. Tons of ash on all the plants. I'm still going to grow outside this year but I will be focused on the indoor as my primary plants. Good luck with your grow!
Wish I new I have 2 empty rooms a 4x2 bb n flow another 8x4 table n tray no rez unused so haven't drilled it 5 3x6 custom low ryders not being used another 6x4 room and two empty 44x24 trays and one room 12x22 needs insulation ans to be sealed.Some journals have already started, some will be starting soon. We're not committing to any strict time guidelines for this one, since we have so many growers doing so many different sizes and methods. Some are growing outdoor monsters like @Dean's Greens, which won't be ready until harvest season, so that gives us plenty of time. Some are doing one plant in a tent, ten plants in a tent, 6 plants in a room, even 30 in a room like @CO Finest. Some are making mothers and then cloning and some even creating larger grows. Some might even create seeds.
We wanted to get @The Happy One to join with a hundred plants, but he won't be ready this time around. Bottom line is we want to see every possible configuration, size and method from you all and will try to bring this all to a close after harvest time. Many of you might finish early, which is totally fine. You can always run a second round while you wait for the outdoor grows to finish, possibly with a different method you learned from this. Some might wish to continue the journey and keep growing and comparing this strain for years to come, it will be beyond cool to experience. We're all just as excited as you guys and gals, thank you for being a part of our vision and mission, we are truly grateful for you

Yeah, last 2 years my heart hasn’t been in it like it has in the past and I got really lazy and neglectful with things.. Recently I’ve been expanding and restarting my motivation. My indoor will always be my primaries. I do look to reap whatever I can from outside as well though. And a good luck to yours as well brotha, looking forward to seeing what everyone pulls off this year. I’m trying to decide if I’m going to pop and clone all of the GSC at once looking for the best of the bunch or if I’m going to do half now and save the other half for a later date as it looks many others are staggering how they use theirs.

The biggest problem we encounter with sponsorships are members biting off more than they can chew. It's fun and exciting to be part of a collective vision and make promises to join the group, until you have to back up your word with what you promised. It's pretty common for people to not want to do the journal after everything arrives, so they disappear without a trace. Sometimes real life issues get in the way, sometimes people just flat out get lazy. Sometimes they purposely violate guidelines to get banned, then play the victim and twist the story around just to save face by not having to say they are bailing on their commitment. So we like to get to know someone better before giving away too much, hope that makes sense.

If you want to fill the other rooms, maybe you could do like I suggested and create a mother and clone them out. The possibilities are endless for those who are creative

Didn't consider feminized seeds not being able to produce males when coming up with ideas, however think I remember someone claiming they had successfully achieved it.
I don't grow so I haven't had much personal experience, with only one full grow under my belt. Most of what I've learned has been through reports and violations lol Since it's still illegal at the federal level, growing for myself could jeopardize our mission and this entire website, so I sacrifice for you guys and gals. My sacrifice has been challenging though, as there are no growers or dispensaries around me that grow or sell my favorite strain GSC. So I've been vaping Heavy Hitters GSC cartridges for the last few years and haven't had much flower at all. It would be a dream come true to have an unofficial taste testing in NorCal with some of the results, where maybe someone could donate a little of their extras to us
