I have several thoughts here... first I agree about the overwatering. Just because this is an organic grow doesn't mean that we can abandon the need for a wet/dry cycle. The microbes, if you had any, would be fine drying out... it doesn't kill them. The roots still need to see oxygen between waterings.
I think I am seeing a magnesium deficiency here... that is not a biggie, just add some organic calmag.
My question is where are the microbes? You are intending an organic grow, but you are pH adjusting your water? We pH for synthetic nutes... it is not needed in an organic grow. But at some point you need to add some microbes to this thing, or all those organic additions are just going to sit there. So far, you have been enjoying the free Nitrogen in your soil, but now as the plant is getting bigger, you need a wider range of nutrients. If you aren't planning on brewing some compost teas, you probably need to look into a microbial inoculation product such as URB, Voodoo Juice or RealGrower's Recharge... and there are probably more out there these days that do the same thing. Get a strong microherd working in that soil, and this will turn around quickly.
