G'day StoneOtter, I'm pretty sure you're right.
The temperature in the tent is usually around 20-25c, not sure of canopy temp, probably too hot being so close to the light.
The light was 20cm away at 75% (too close, damn thing just keeps growing into the light )
The main light being used is a Viparspectra XS 1500 Pro (150w)
I also have another light in the tent and it's currently over an auto in the corner, that one is 140w.
I have two of the 140w lights, as well as the XS1500 Pro that will be used for flowering. Should be plenty for a 3x3 tent.
The new Bar led lights I purchased recently have a lot of red, so I think I underestimated the amount of light they put out.

Those are powerful lights for their size!

Seems to be working. Still not 100% though. The older leaves look a bit shit, but the new growth looks good. I've backed the light off to 50% and it's around 50cm away.

So I moved the light up a bit and here we go with the stretch again ... dammit. I'll be switching to flower in the next few days anyway, as soon as she looks better.
I've got some different options for feeding as well. I got some new stuff to try.
I probably shouldn't have taken a whole lot of leaves when she's not well, but I did it anyway.
I top dressed with the new stuff and watered it in with the new liquid.
