I watched his leaves and they never got light green as mine were till I added the calimagic. The calimagic I think helps keep the nutrients and water PH stay static !

Yes my tap is over 300 ppm, ph is 8.3 after ro 17 ppm and 7.2 ph
My tap is anywhere between 300-700 ppm
I swear I see rocks fall out of it sometimes....lol

I thought mine was bad , 340 ppm has been the highest. I try once in a while to use the tap water but always come right back off of it .

Hey @West Hippie ,
We have gone from soil to coco - and now we want to try DWC or RDWC in our next grow - so we'll tag along and learn from you.
We've been watching some YouTube videos by PAH - and we think it will be pretty straight forward to get the parts to build our own system.
So far, we like the idea of using shorter/wider totes instead of taller/narrower buckets.
Also, we're thinking RDWC will be more automated and possibly more stable. What do you think?

Come on in . I like the wider and shorter 7 gallon bucket but 4 gallons is still the safe zone as not to drown the mesh pot . My reservoir has been the most stable with MC in 20 gallons .

Can't remember if I am subbed to this thread or not. This post will do the trick if I'm not.
I’ll take a seat if that’s cool. I grow in DWC and am using MC as well...I still got to perfect my MC usage, as I did ALOT of experimenting with it to see what worked best for me. I run my MC at a much lower dosage then recommended in the veg stage, then before I flip I ramp it up. Seriously you wouldn’t believe me if I told you the tiny amounts I fed some of my plants.. Funny one of my lightest fed plants is my biggest and most beautiful and it’s supposed to be a heavy feeding strain Lol Its not ideal, I was just pushing the limits of what can be and what can’t be done with this nutrient... and I’m surprised with the results. But your killing it and I’m looking forward to seeing you do your thing. Your doing a great job with this journal as well by the way, documenting everything you do. I’m gonna learn a lot from this thread.

I heard the rule at 420 is - if you sub in twice, you have to click the
button all the time instead of just the like button Thanks @MightyMoe22 , I'll look into those videos as well.
I was just over at @multiVortex 's thread - and they run RDWC too.
Hopefully, we can learn a lot over the next few months and be ready to build our system in about 8 weeks.
