I wouldn't worry about it. Too much momentum gained with legalization over the past few elections. 10% of the states are legal recreationally and I can't remember how many are legal medicinally. All a bunch of smoke and mirrors to keep us distracted is my guess.
 
My state is half progressive half ultra conservative. Though I have no political affiliation, I will say that it's important to look at the language used regarding the Cole memo. #1. Cartels have been able to set up in rural California with impunity because the memo obstructed federal enforcement at all levels.
#2. The rescinding of the Cole memo leaves the decision of how much federal attention should be spent on Marijuana to the regional bureau.

I personally believe that a decision should be made on the federal level to remove marijuana from the DEA schedule. It's really screwed up that what I'm doing could be illegal for someone else to do but completely legal for me. How can we all live under the same flag and have different freedoms? It's wrong on every level.

Hoping for some fat colas I'm keeping the light right on top of her without burning her to make sure I keep the penetration up. The leaves thinned out nicely so I havent had to take many fans lately .
 
I have a little Hindu Kush that a buddy gave me. Decent night time meds....gonna try growing it at some point LOL.
