Hermy????Def keep that in the closet lol, I think I'll have some female pollen soon
Very interested to see how that works out for sureThose are chemically induced sacs, I planned to self this baby. I couldn't hermie this plant if I tried lol I abused the hell outta her and she fought the male flowers as best as she could, but my persistence has paid off. Idk if I'll try and store any. I can't imagine it would cross well with the already short and stocky grape Kush lol but I plan to use a little trick Cody at NukeHeads spoke of, by pollinating all the lower buds on each cola, leaving the top and mid-cola area untouched, they get jealous and horny and get super fat and dank (I paraphrased) so I'll see if its of any use and I'll only be sacrificing the least of the yield that wouldn't be very big or juicy anyway. I may leave a few colas completely untouched to see if the surrounding colas that had their lowers pollinated wind up noticeably fatter at all. If it's legit, I'll have a new trick up my sleeve
We will see how well it works! Wanted to post an older video from Cody at NukeHeads, he talks about a few different things, one being the importance of males in breeding and some other stuff. If ya have ten mins to kill, check it out he also touched base on nutrition and it's influence.

I hope the buds get super fat on Sammie and I'll aim for about 250 seeds and 100 grams. Setting the bar high for 125 Watts. Where's my damn q board!? Gonna order that shot for the spring!
Got any smell going on with your nuke yet? Interested to see what aroma/flavour it has to it.
Fantastic canopy my friend....... impressive indeedTook a few morning pics when I was spraying the sacs and she's looking good today. Tops are starting to fatten up, smell is strong and fruity, almost spicy at times, I'm beside myself happy with this gal.
I'll be on later when I get home I'll go have a sniff of the cab lol
Can you post some good reads for breeding. I'm considering getting all regular seeds for my next order, but here's my thinking.... breeding a good male from a regular seed with a feminized strain would be more likely to retain the stability (as far as likelihood to hermie). Is that a total reach? Or am I better off just searching for phenos that don't throw nanners?Anyone with reg seeds, this is a good read:
The different environmental factors that affect plant?s sex
That sounds about accurate, male pollen carries all ten pairs of chromies whereas female pollen will have half. So the male will retain stability as far as true breeding genetics but I'm not sure what you mean about nanners. There shouldn't be any females throwing nanners unless they are from bagseed or bad breeding or just plain stress. I found a good beginners article that's a good place to start! Can you post some good reads for breeding. Thank you Sam! This is my Rocky plant lmaoPlant is looking outstanding there 3G..... Man you can train the shit out of these gals.
I have 3 regular Blue Bud, and part of me wants a male, just to experiment with. A blue berry x sativa-ish big bud cross would make a good male.
Stacking looking fantastic. Nice work 3G.
