I want to move to canada.. ive always thought it would be nice there.

Depends were you live. I live in the middle of nowhere. I mean that nowhere. It is 30c in the summers and -40c in the winter. Closest Grow shop is over a hour away. This is why I love amazon. Although when it's cold out what else do you have to do but grow.

Michigan doesn't get that kinda drop in temperature but out definitely gets cold i feel your pain. But luckily even in the country i have a close grow shop. Out here in the country everyone smokes!

Here too just no shops. Most grow outdoors. And I do live on the outskirts of a city. It only has 40,000 people though. .

There's this country/bluegrass band i listed to and one of their songs i love had this lyric "the valley will keep me clean, the city lights bring me grief" i couldn't relate more lol

Oh i know it gets cold there im kind of a weather nerd lol i used to live in a city then moved to a 'village' of 1100 when i was a sophomore in highschool, now i live in a college town of 20k and it kinda sucks lol i enjoy nature but there's too many damn corn and bean fields where i live to enjoy it. Canada just seems full of untouched nature that i would love to experience. I enjoy the small town vibe as well, the town i live in isnt much with out the college here. Closest grow shop is an hour away and i sort of live in the middle of no where as well.
My plants seem to like colder temps i really hope it doesnt get too hot before harvest time.. it got down to 59 degrees in the tent last night and 68 rh. Checked em a few hours after lights on and they seemed happy as ever. Ive kept the oscillating fan blowing on the pots and floor of the tent to try and keep humidity down.. doesnt seem to bother the plants having it on them when it gets so cold at night. Usually i point it towards the wall at night but leaving the windows open causes the rh to go up a lot it seems.

Heck yea no need to spend a bunch of money building the box just for the lights if you want good ones in there. .
Got some more pics.. im addicted to the colors i cant stop taking pics lol had a chilly day today so im gonna take advantage and let the tent get down to the low 60s tonight. I love the purple... almost forgot to mention i tied a few branches up with some string for support so they dont have to try and hold themselves up.. they are putting on a few lbs lol! .
looks beautiful brother, how long til chop? And still only one LED? And did you notice a improvement with mammoth p

Harvest time is three weeks away and no i got a 300w mars hydro a month ago so theres two 300w leds in there now, been helping a lot especially with its better red spectrum. Yea the mammoth-p helped for sure, stems are more stiff and strong and im sure my colas are fatter then they would be without it.
Heres a little update on the veg box and i wanted to prove a point that most new growers over water their youngins. I spray them three times a day and i havent given them any water since i wet the soil when i planted them in the dirt seven days ago. The soil is starting to dry up, tiny little pots are dry almost an inch down. But i still will not water them today maybe not even tomorrow. Gotta give those roots time to stretch for that moisture and get strong. They are growing at a decent rate five days after sprouting they are already growing their second set of true leaves! The incredible bulk was behind at first but looks to have made a come back.

Yea I think I definitely over watered in the beginning and it stunted them. Thanks for the info .

Yea the bigger one always has cali, the other two not as bad.. must be the strain. Shes more sensitive, she hermied on me as well that dirty whore. Not a problem luke happy to help!

Hey toasted, i saw the previous nitrogen deficiency question and wanted to ask do you think it's a N deficiency or just the natural progression of the plant using nutrients from the fan leaves?

Well shes always had an n efficiency i thought and i had been told, too much n. So now i think its more that she is using up the nutrients cause the leaves are changing such crazy colors. I almost wonder if the strain itself droops like that towards the middle and end of flower naturally like you said.
Its gonna be a test to see if there are mold spores in my tent tonight.. rh is already 72 and its only 2 hours after lights off. Also watered them today so that doesnt help.. both fans are on high in the tent and exhaust as well so hopefully that keeps the air moving around the buds enough. Interested and afraid to see what happens ive heard people having no problems as long as the air circulation is good.

Shouldn't be a problem if the air in the tent is being exchanged. Weed grows were it is naturally humid but there is always a breeze it's gonna work out.
