hi mate, hows the plants doing, bet them outdoor buds are getting pretty big now,
my water clones wilted and died, i think i should of put a dome over them when i planted them, so now im giving the bubble cloner a go next time i take clones, im also giving grafting a try, i got 3 plants in veg that are pretty big now, well i say big their about 1ft, so ill take a cutting from the kush and graft it onto the afgan skunk, i wonder how many plants you could get growing off the one stem, you could have several strains growing in the same pot with 1 stem, would be good for a scrog as it would mean different bud to smoke, so im giving it a try soon and see if i can graft the plants.
now i got this job ill be writing a shopping list, then when i get paid ill be ordering a few things.

1 hps bulb and not a dual spec bulb like i got now.
1 carbon filter to help with the smell.

im going to try growing some autos in the 2ltr dwc hempie, after seeing how different the dwc is to the soil i think ill give the autos a try as a 2ltr dwc hempie, the hempie i just harvested has given me some huge buds, but the clones from this hempie are growing a lot slower in the soil, so either i have some soil issues and need to mix my own or dwc is really what these plants need, the problem is that outdoors these plants turn into monsters, so why is their such a huge difference between in door and out door plants, i know the sun plays a huge part but surely a longer veg would get the same results as out doors, but the clones i took from the monster hempie are growing slow and are not growing as rapid as the mother plant.
i need to move somewhere hot with a nice big garden so i can do some out door plants, id love to have a good outdoor plant, but i got to wait till next year now before giving out doors a try, i think the ground was to wet and this stunted growth loads on my out door plant, so next year ill be using pots and planting them in pots and ill partly cover the pots so it only lets in so much rain and then it should stop them getting water logged, ive not even checked on my outdoor plant in well over a month, but i doubt its even alive with the crappy weather we been having, but if its nice tomorrow ill go and see if i can find it, the weather has changed loads here now and we have had a frost all ready,
ill be giving these fridge clones a try soon as well mate, the pics i got off the net just showed the cuttings dropped in a jar half filled with water, and they looked like they was floating on top of the water, so ill take several clones when my plants are big enough and ill stick a few in the fridge and take a couple out every 28 days and try and root them, i have more look putting cuttings into soil with rooting hormone, as long as i use a dome they root, they take a while and grow a bit weird till they are rooted and the dome is removed so as my water clones failed to grow ill be trying these direct into soil with domes and see how long they will last in the fridge
by the looks of your results it seems they wilt very quick, this is what my water clones did when i took them out the water and planted them, within an hour they was folded in half so i put them back in the water but the damage was done and they never pulled through
