HighFlyin5 I had to fight really hard last night from giving into sampling. Doing great thanks for asking. Yourself?

The DIY Aero cloner is still in use, in the new bloom room in the closet with its own light cycle. Got some extra cash and wanted to try the professional quality made cloner, and compare it with my DIY. I say it's worth the mula. Has compact design, runs quiet, leak free, love the clone site design, other then that I wish the plastic housing is more thick/solid. Yes, I would buy another one. Cheaper than other brands. I may depending on how many more clones needed for fullness. Mother plants are on high production no worries for lack of clones, just lack of flowering space lol. When starting out I was near broke and DIY was very attractive.

missbud thank you very much. No matter how beautiful my images are it cannot be compare to seeing with owns eyes. Planning on releasing photo books of cannabis plants/buds that I've grown & breed in distant future. Then replicate the fragrant and include them in the pages like those perfume sample that comes in the fashion magazines. I've yet read a cannabis book/magazine like that.

DeerHunter33 I guess to the guideline it is consider hijacking. You are free to PM me with your questions so you don't get in trouble.

I'm testing a new way of stealth exhausting air from the grow room out through the a/c venting unit that is placed on the ceiling in each room. This way no holes need to be made, or the use of a window. Great for rental places. Anyone tried this before? I wonder how well it work with the heat/ac running. Time to find out...My concern would be the battle between incoming heat or a/c with the exhaustion from the inline fan going out through the same tube.

Well, with the air handler fan running, it really depends on how strong your exhaust fan is in the tent. It would work while the system is off, but it might end up pushing heated air into your tent in the winter which could be bad, so you'd need a pretty high CFM exhaust fan running in the winter. On the other side of the same coin, though, you'd pump A/C right into your grow tent in the summer, which is mostly good, unless your A/C running temp is lower than 60 degrees. There's also the A/C condensation to think about, as hot air is cooled the water vapor condenses out of it, which could push damp air into your grow space as well. . . It's worth a shot, but there are the things to watch out for.

EDIT: I guess you could put a damper in your tent exhaust line to partially block the flow from the air handler while it is running. You could set it to full open in the summer to take advantage of the cooling effect if you don't have a strong enough fan from the tent. But with air flowing backward through the fan, it might prematurely burn out your fan.

Like to say bye for awhile , starting kemo for my liver cancer,u all have great time , thanks for all the help 12///:420:/// /i dont get it everyday i have at least 8 to 15 e mails on people asking questions.sorry for hy- jacking if thats what its called,be gone for some time to remove 20% of liver .thank you all for your help.:peace::peace::peace::peace::peace::peace::peace::peace::peace::420:

Will report back in a week on the new exhaust method. Worst case is make a hole on the ceiling inside the closet so it is hidden from view and exhaust hot air straight up and out through the roof vent. Or cut the tube that is connected to the a/c vent and exhaust straight up into the attic. On the new bloom room that's how it is done. Thought I would try something different. Condensation will be a problem during the Summer, this is a short term setup which can be useful for Winter grow.

Sorry to be a killjoy, buddy. I thought it would be worth a try at least. But if you already have a problem with condensation, I wouldn't try it either.

Good luck with figuring out how to vent the unwanted air and heat, i haven't had much experience with A/C units so don't know if this would work, i though about running a large fan that exhausts all the un-wanted heat around the house through vents in the ceiling, get a bit worried about just pumping heat out the window or through the roof i get a lot of traffic in the air would look pretty funny on the thermo.

Be good to see what you come up with im trying to figure something similar out to, as soon as summer is here temps will sore and ill need a solution.

:goodjob:

DeerHunter33 wish you the best. Take care wish to see you back in greater health.

jandre2k3 no worries I'll figure it out the current setup is buying up time until a perm setup is in place. Thanks for the heads up.

Goodspeed
Summer will be crazy for sure. Over here we get 110F+ and it is crazy. Heat wave don't come until July and till then it should stay relatively warm. Got lots going right now hope to take care of this by the end of the month a perm setup is in place.
