then there must be a faze where it is half way between beg and flower as i was saying when i said coming towards the end of the 24 hour day it would be gpoing back into veg, with your days been such its keepingit budding longer and not going into its final stage so i ghuess 14/14 for 2 weeks can get you bigger buds once you flip it back to 12/12 to finish it off , your on the precipice between veg and flower. so i would guess go an half hour to an hour either way and your in veg or flower which goes with the saying they flower from 14 hours and less light more nearer 13 hours so 13/11 could work on some strains. so to start of with you can go 18/6 the maybe switch to flower for a week or two with 12/12 then switch to 14/14 to keep them flowering and growing more buds . then at eh end swithc them back to 12/12 to finsih of flowering them/ using the light and dark hours to munipulate the plants cycle.

Omg....that's a chunky honey right there.......wow what was the wet weight and the dried n cured weight on this thing.....ok so maybe it is possible to a degree,this pic was the one you did 18 hr days on ?? Do you have it documented ? I would like to look thru your grow if possible. So what happened w her did you just chop or was she able to get that finished fade going ?Mine are 28 hour days. The plant functions just fine. Its acually very strange what it does. So the last grow, i had them at 16/12 for like 10 weeks. Then i switched them to 14/14 for another 10 weeks. Its bizarre. They will keep budding, but they just wont "finish", depending on your percentage of amber you prefer. It was like every trichome was at the exact same stage. I feel that ,had i gone longer, they all would have over ripened at the same time.
Unfotunately, i dont. If i go by the amount of jars that it filled, approximately 1 ounce per jar, im pretty sure i had a pound dry. I dont even smoke. I just like experimenting. I cant get rid of what i have. Im probably going to try to make carts out of all of it.

I grew when i used to smoke. It was a lot of fun, so now the growing part is still what i like to do. And since im not really concerned about losing a crop, i can do whatever crazy idea that i want to do. Ive found that this method produces very long colas, probably because the long light cycles gives more light below th cannopy. Most of my top colas were around 8 inces long. I had several that were around 18 inches long. The whole tent is about 2.1 square meters, and altogether i had gotten around 4 pounds out of it.

Nice bro,if the quality on point just sell it,trade it or give away to friends n fam. I try to save my close fam n friends from dispo prices. Even selling at 1/3 the price of dispo you gonna make good $ around 4.5k a pound at 180$ 200 a O. 2.5 k for 100$ a O. That's not including hash,or edibles...... It's all good $. But grows Look amazing bro I'm sure that quality on point...

yea you can do either of its workingof a 24 hour hormone cycle but starting it off at 18/6 then going to 12/12 for a week then go to 14/14 for 4 week then back to 12/12 to finish it off. my friends grow has just been update to a mars hydro ifresh 6 inch fan and filter kit which is keepiong tempts and humidity in check and he is running a 14/14 as was suggested earlier and he says its looking ok so far . he has 1 stardawg plant in a 4x4 and 4 clones vegging in a 120/90 grow + clone tent with another 5 new clones and 3 blueberry from ice seeds and 2 amnesia haze seeds he is popping he has space for 4 pants in his main tent so he will choose the best ones .

its been on 14/14 about a week before that it was on 24/12 for a week . before that standered 12/12. does not seem to have hurt the plant but it looks healthy and nice biggish buds . still got another 2 maybe 3 week to go till its finished,he has justv mananged to get a jewelers magnifier so he can check the trachomes stage , there still clear with a few going cloudy.

he only has the one plant and it didnt start off well it was a clone from a friend he gotm but when he put the clone in he put the dwc supply pipes on the rock wool as the roots where not very big and couldnt get the water level up high enough so the re supply pipes watered the rock wool but 3 of the 4 clones died that way from stem and root trot, this one nearly died but he took several clones off it from the good branches and got those cloming of which he has 4 vegging in a second tent ready to go in m,ain flower tent with this one in about 2 to 3 weeks , he tried to save the orginal clone and this is it , he does not top or fim it as the cuttings already did half of that job and has just strecthed it out over the quiter of the tent its filled , he does take bits of to dry ot if he has no smoke himself so some buds have ben taken oif early but only the lower buds that just suck away from the main buds, he says small food dehydrator on for 16 to 24 hours at 30c does a good job of drying buds in an emergency , he is going to try 60c to try get it dry quicker, yes it will be activated slightly but when you smoke the rosin thats activiated anyway , he says its different cause its fresh weed with all the planty chemiclas in it still that drying and curing normaly gets rid of but it still is good enough to tied you over till the plant finishes.he cant wait to get the other 4 clones in the flower tent , he is also trying to grow one into a male using silver and if he can willl sacrifice another clone to get seeds that wil be femininzed from the same plant cuttings. as he says keeping clones going can be a nightmare he took a total so far of 14 tom 16 clones and only got 4 going so far thats whay he has the two amnesia haze and 3 blueberry seeds in just incase the third gen clones dont work out. he does ask when to harvest as he never had a jewelers mignifier before som harvested as they look right now with the browned of pistols , or now he has the jewelers magnifier should he check the trichomes for goping orangey before harbesting as there is first clear then they go smokey and then they start to orange off just like all the little white pistols do as shown in the pictures. at the moent there clear and some going smokey white colour.
few more he sent over . leaves are abit curly from over heat but as mentioned above he just got a new mars hydro 6 inch ifresh controlling the tent and is getting a ac unit soon to keep the room cooler and take a bit of the humnidty out as its between 20-23c and 70rh in the clone side of the second tent which i feel is fine the second side veging the 4 clones is 24-27c with 60RH "ish"which again i feel is fine but the flowering tent was 23-8 sometimes going up to 31c if he did not monitor the room temp with 65rh, now it has the controlled fan in its at 23-27c at 55-60rh he wants to bring the room temp down so the flowering tent does not get too hot as he has a 4x4x6H and a 3x4x6H the 3x4x6H is actually a 3x3X6h with a 1x3x6H side thats got a divider inbetween with a shelf about half way up the 1x3 side so you can have plants in the top and bottom of the tent So if you manage it right and make sure all the light is sealed between each compartment you can have up to 3 grows at different light cycles going on, he just has it set up for 2 sides one clones on the top half on the shelf . electronics in the bottom half plugs timers air pump and such and then room for 4 veging plants on the 3x3 side. he did have a 2'6"x2'6"x 3H which would be better for veggin as light bouncing about in a small space means it stays filled with light better but he cannot fit all 3 tents in the same room so the 3x4 two sided trent gives him what he needs. he was thinking of having some boars made to go between the gaps on the big 4x4 grow light shown in the pictures and line them with the foil tape you can get to make them reflective and hang them between the gaps in the light so the light did not go into the upper half of the tent and just bounced about the bottom half so the leaf's pick up more bounced light and not waisting it having it go into the top half of the tent. i recon you could increase light efficiency by 5 to 10% by stoping the light reflecting back up into the top half of the tent lol .
also he has a question he is using green leaf megabud nutrients from hear MEGA CROP 1-PART
he used a one part before but they have changed the formula in the one part with not enough P out of the npk so he uses the 2 part and when he did the flowering calculation and added it to the RO water its ec was 2.6 or about 1300ppm so he took 20 litres out of the 60 and put 20 litres of RO water back in which took it to about 1700ec or 900ppm , as he panicked and ddint want to ruin the plant but this is how its grown with a little fading on some of the leafs which could be calcium or nitrigen as there is plenty of PK as he also adds bud explosion of which part a 60g part b 50g and bud explosion 23g thats grams as its a solid based powdered nutrient organic based but cannot be labled as organic .
also just to add some peeopl say growing in water is not organic when it is organic as a medium, its if you use organic nutrients thats the key as plenty of plants grow in water organcley in the wild seaweed for one, which he uses as well 20litres for £45 from multi-mite he puts about 100ml per water change ontop of the nutrients also use some shark microbes and the whole thing is circulated buy a 1400l/hr fish tank pump the external kind with filters left inside so it can eat any goodies in the water and turn them into goodness for the plants
, also it has a UV lamp too so it can disinfect the water as it filters it , he says he does not use that often as it kills good as well as bad bacteria. so its only put on if he see's root rot or any water problems just as an extra measure . he says since the filter will have loads of good bacteria in it they will always overcome the bad its like having a buffer of good bacteria. that will also last the full grow . he says adding suger just clogs his pipes up so stays away from that and lets the seaweed feed the microbs as it has organic matter in it hence it needs shaking up before use. otherwise your last couple of litres is potently organic material lol learned that from making the mistake of not shaking nutrient bottles bofore use .

Ok nice, I'm impressed,this what that 24/14 produced ? N no topping ? It actually looks The buds do look extra thick,look at base of bud swelling !! The sugar leaves/frost leaves do look a bit more developed than usual,the frostys look like fan leaves !!? Interesting 
I also like the no topp,seems to have done her own branching lolol. Looks much better than I expected fr. The grower you referring has a nice set up and sounds like he knows what he doing. You also sound to be pretty knowledgeable about his inner thoughts and ideas ?......are you the grower you referring too lolol. The plants look great and the grow looks very professional, I am very intrigued to see that grow method. Can you post more pics ? Of the staulk and under canopy and the base of your main stem budz ? As well as some veg n early flower pics If you have any ??
