Sculptures in velcro and velvet. Outstanding. Hilarious. You sure grow pretty cannabis mr X.
thanks DD, again these are not just pretty faces, they gotta have the facets mentioned before, plenty of good lookers are in the bin cos they just didn't make the grade, eg Alphakroniks Jackpot Royale crossed with Mosca C99 approx 2013, that one were a very good looking result, resin coated buds, good yield, odour were sweet as, yet when tested its smoke quality were a 6 out of 10, they must be 8+ out of 10 to pass, so were not grown out again, it were solid proof that some types can have plenty of resin yet be relatively mild to what you would think, ive heard a number of types available from seedbanks like 'Peyote Purple' have this same issue, looks fantastic & resinous yet without real power
thats why i like to mostly research strains before they get crossed with others, proven very good quality types usually produce same offspring, though its never 100%
my goal as a pollen chucker are essentially same as a gambler, like throwing a handful of darts at the dartboard, eventually you will hit a bullseye, and that bullseye will be as good as anything you can obtain in every facet anywhere, when that rare gene combination are matched very well, anyone can do it without any skill level, if your pool of pollen chucks are large enough, and the best proven types you can find are used, though better be prepared that most wont be what you are searching for, about 1 in every 15 pollen chucks here usually result in that rare gem, and if you are pollinating an 5'/1.5m female there will be approx 2-4 thousand seeds of that gem as a result, nice knowing you got those babies in the larder!
