Absolute beauty Butcher honey - so are the rest! Love some of the colors you use in your pics!!!! Some day I'll get to smoke test too!!!

Granny420, just finished reading your journal from the begining. I did however skip about 3 pages ~12-15. Fantastic job Sunshine. WOW, and 29 females! You definately have a great plan laid out, and the ambition and skill to see it through. I am wondering if you are running your air filtration unit and how it is working out. Definately going to be watching as this one progresses. Your plants are looking very healthy, and the variety, sheesh, talk about drool. Excellant, informatve, and very captivating journal you have produced. Thank you for sharing it with us thus far.

:welcome:GMT!!! I have lurked in your grow a number of times - FANTASTIC!!! And I sure have seen many wonderful comments about you too. So very good to see you visiting here!

Air filtration... I have been forgetting to update on this. Thanks to McBudz givin' me tips and advice, I got an early start on odor control. If you read, you saw I got a MOTHER scrubber, an 8". That SOB bought got the best of me getting it upstairs, but I WON. The plants sure did start smelling early on so I was glad I was prepared for this.

The *mother* scrubber does a really good job of keeping the odor confined to the upstairs. It has so much pressure pulling air to that room, that there is no way the air from up there would get to downstairs. When I would go up the stairs, I smelled nothing UNTIL my head was level with the room (top of the stairs). As this grow has continued, the smell was getting real dank in the room. Thus, any air pulled out the light fans to outside was most likely pretty strong.

My son's wife made a comment one night about a week ago that led me to taking further measures for odor control. It was a damp night on the farm with no breeze. He told me she thought she smelled a skunk when they were outside loading the kids into their vehicle the night before. He smelled it too - but he has been upstairs and he knew it wasn't a skunk.

The wind is usually blowing here, but it is also calm now and then too. We live on a farm with no real close neighbors, but we do have visitors, and the gas man fills the gas barrel, the mailman occasionally comes to the door for a signature, UPS and FedEx deliver, the highway patrol sometimes park out by the highway to catch speeders... anyway... I had to take further measures for odor control...

So... just after telling someone in here that I wasn't using the ONA bucket for odor control, I had to set it back up. It immediately took the dank pot smell out of the air and replaced it with a smell that smells clean. This time I used an 8 oz. bottle of ONA Pro Spray (not the concentrated ONA Linen Fresh scent) combined with 8 cups water and soil moist.

My nose seems to like this fragrance better than the Linen Fresh scent. But personally, I REALLY loved the strong sweet skunk smell that WAS going on before that! However, at least if this smell leaks out, others will just think someone is cleaning somewhere. I have a second bucket ready if it gets overwhelming again.

Sorry to go on and on there GMT!!! I been meaning to update the odor control for a few days now! It is SO VERY NICE TO SEE YA GMT HONEY!!! I'll make sure I leave a note next time I'm lurkin' in your grow!!!

I'm gonna end this one tho (before I get all gushy) and give a report on a few "other" strains. I figure if I update a few times a week with different strains, I might get them all in! See ya there!

looking good you should come check up on my new ladies granny I just posted one of the bushiest clones I've ever had

Okay, today's update is going to feature a few strains I haven't featured much of! On Oct. 19th I put to flower a couple Super Nova Chronic, a couple AK-47, and a feminized Cheese. Today, feature them...

Below are Super Nova Chronic 7 and 10 on day 13 of flower with side and then top views. They were put to flower at around 10" and are now around 20" tall and buds are starting.

Then we have two AK-47 (AK2 and AK4). They were also around 10" when put to flower. One is now around 24" tall and the other is around 20". Both are beginning to bud (as shown in the second pic).

Then we have the first of the feminized Cheese ladies to go to flower (C-F3). She was also around 10" when put to flower and is now around 22". First from the side, then from the top view...

And last... I will throw in a couple pictures of the Thai Tanic that is on day 21 of flowering. She has the fattest buds and is around 28" tall. I think the buds will be light weight and fluffy in the end??? But they look good! The smell of this plant is not strong, but when I do get a wiff, it is chocolate for sure. Yummmy. Below, is a pic of the entire plant and then a close up of one of the growing colas...

LOVE TO ALL!!!

Hey :hugs:blacken:hugs: honey!! So good to see you!!

Yeah i read you got that air carbon cleaner.

But I imagine its not there over here
^.^

and i still say those thai tanics are the best looking ones =D
so fluffy

Your plants look great granny, can't wait to see the cheese develop, I think you'll like it.
-my grows nearing completion, plants entering the final 48 hours of darkness now. Looking at 1-2 weeks of drying time after the chop.

Looking into my crystal ball.....yes, I see lottsa support rods in your future Granny. I'd recommend the industrial strength models for the Thai Tanic:cheesygrinsmiley:

That room's going to absolutely reek. Cola City. Bet you could charge admission just to walk through:goodjob:

Yes, I did it! And OMM busted my ass. Can't hide noth'in 'round here. I went over to the Dark side:ganjamon: Think I'll wrap her in razor wire until harvest.

Damn, I just saw Oldgrowerdude's journal. Have you seen it? He has an 8x8 grow area with one 1000k hps. His buds are fattening up really nice. I really need to increase my area. I was told by a family member when I first started growing as a teenager that the best area for a 1000k light was 4 x 4 or 5 x 5. I was told anything bigger wouldn't be enough light for the plants to really bulk up. I think I've been screwing myself all this time by not using a bigger area!!

Nice update granny!! And thanx for the comment and the posting of the pict..That was cool. I'm glad to see your happy with it. But you have yourself a nice orginized jungle going, with spreads of individual strain picts nicely categorized. Which when working with soil, constantly moving and rotating pots can get hectic sometimes. So for all your hard work you deserve a +rep many a times, but one is all i can give right now.

you girls are looking great granny. . . you said one day you get to taste test a few posts ago,

it will still be a while from the looks of it . . . but trust me, if your growing all that for personal use when it rains, its gonna pour like it never poured before.

keep up the effort granny, a couple months and you wont know what to do with it all.
