1st Grow - SSH x 4 - 450 Watt 8 Bulb T5

Yeah I think I definitely need to get a outtake and intake fan. I run my light from midnight to noon here.
And yes you NEED that exhaust - a 4,6, or 8inch will do .... but you are getting all that heat from the light trapped in the tent , intake will be passive after this and you will be changing the air in the tent .

My intake is just a duct with a ore filter covering it .
My tent sides pull in gently , and I checked the intake by putting a paper towel over it , and it stays there so I know I'm pulling in fresh, dry air through it when the vents are closed for light blockage .
Also a little trick I do- is my lights come on at 10pm and out at 10 am .
This will help a little as the lights are off during the hottest points in the day .

You don't need an intake fan, just an extraction fan and use passive intake. This will most likely be your answer. During the day your humidity is low you need to raise it. At night it's good to be high humidity, once you flip to flower your extraction fan will be on all night too and will keep humidity lower. After your in flower you can consider a dehumidifier, but I personally have never needed one as its never too humid

I agree with Canada Guy... Don't need intake, just an extraction fan. Didn't I see you mention CO2? If so... you can't exchange your air very often. It will just suck most that CO2 outta there. But the up side is you can then have higher temp... so maybe yo won't need to exchange the air as often to keep it within range. IDK man, I am still a newb. Just reiterating what I have read from journals here.

I had the exhaust on 24/7 didn't help humidity at all
Just the heat/ air getting changed and, as long as theCo2 gets In Contact with the plants as it passes through the air you'll be good

Well hey bud, that's why we are all here... to bounce thoughts , ideas , feedback , knowledge , something you saw or did..... it's all in here and helps all of us become better and faster growers

Alright it's the beginning of week 3 for the Super Silver Haze!!! Budlets are forming nicely! Stretch is manageable due to heavy LST during veg! Just did a 5 gallons of RO water flush! Then fed with 200 PPM Tiger Bloom and 200 PPM Cal Mag. Side note, I put 200 ppm of Cal Mag in every watering. (Which translates to a 400 PPM of Cal Mag this feeding)

Oh and the second tent, 4x4x6.5, is up and the Aussie Blues have been moved inside under a T5 8 bulb 454 watt fixture 3 out of the 4 girls survived outside.

And as you can see i have 10 solo cups going. 2 of them have come up out of the soil. They are all bag seed from my brother lol. Not really expecting much probably won't finish them as I prefer good genetics over "wtf am i" seed lol.

Finally one last update. The wife had finally won the war. I have shaved my beard .
