No, not really. Stays pretty green with lots of red hairs.

Flower Day 23 - Day 16 with Hairs
Did some major defoliation on the Blue Kush, the Durban Poison and one of the ATF 2 plants (ATF 2.3 in the back right corner). Still have the middle and the left side of the tent to defoliate. Depends on how my back feels as to if i will do any of it today. I was walking down the hallway and had a pair of baggy shorts on and my pocket caught a door knob and it kind of wrenched the lower back pretty good when it spun me back around. Been going on the bad side for 3 solid days since I did that.
Anyways, girls continue to stack away. Very pleased so far with this round. I want to compare pictures last grow on day 23 vs this grow. Perhaps I will post the comparison after I finish this update. No watering or anything else needed today.

Not very familiar with Crown Royale so not sure. Guess I have another strain to check out LOL.
I will take your word for it LOL, at least until I get to try it!
Thanks brother. I am very happy with the progress. I love watching them grow at this stage. Think I will start doing the Cross pollinating soon. I think I did some accidental pollination on the Blueberry. I have one bud that is developing red hairs. I think I might have had a little lingering pollen on me when I raised the lights last time. I don't mind since I was going to do that cola anyways.

Yeah I have kind of fallen for it as a Strain. I want to start pheno hunting for a good Blueberry male and female....but that will have to wait a year or so. LOL

Everything's looking good here Stank! I would love to find a good blueberry keeper. I've tried a few times but no luck yet. They reek of blueberry in flower then the smell disappears after drying and they haven't had the potency I'm looking for. I've tried a couple blueberry crosses but I really want the real deal. So far my pack of D.J. Short blueberries have all been disappointing.
Durban is another on my list. Who's is yours from? I have Dutch Passions version but 0-3 with those. Either no germination or they die shortly after sprouting.

My Durban Poison is from Dutch Passion as well. I only popped one of the beans (out of 3) so far but I love what I got from her. She could have been a bigger yielder (think I only got 78 grams dried from, wanted closer to 100) but she smoked really nicely as long as you don't over do it. Very uplifting and energetic if I keep it to 2-3 hits but if I do more than it can kind of lock me up a little bit.
As for Blueberry, this one definitely hooked me for future tries. This girl didn't quite grow how I wanted her to the initial grow and the clone I took from her in flower took FOREVER to reveg. She has stormed back with a vengeance but I think I can find much better plants. I do like her smoke though, especially for an indica dominant strain. Generally indicas knock me out pretty easily but she is a mellow smoke with pain killing potency but not a couch lock that fades into dreamland right away. With this blueberry, I can watch TV, play some video games, and kind of function relatively well (unlike ChemDawg 4, UW Purp, and a few other Indica dom strains). I have been looking at the DJ Short blueberry for a while, but just haven't pulled the trigger. So many strains and not enough time or room.

I think she will be a natural. We just gotta find a strain LOL. I am curious as to what training technique she will choose.
