You can always do a partial harvest. Usually flowers are more mature at the top of the plant. Chop them and give the lower stuff more light and time.

Heh looks like I hit reply just a second before you! I was thinking about doing that too, didn't know if it would work on plants like these with one main top, how much do you think I could take at a time without it stressing the plants?

Hmm I am having a thought... If I shocked the crap out of them and they went hermie would they be young enough to make mature seeds? Might be cool to sacrifice the bottom buds as a seed crop. Anyway wild idea...

You never know. It might hermie and grow mature seeds, or it might not ever hermie at all. Worth a shot if you have the time. I've never tried for hermie seeds. I only do it for more mature lower bud (1-2 weeks extra).

They look close to finishing pistils are starting to darken I like the body effects is why I waited for 30% I flowered for 7 weeks and had another 2 days of flush. I was checking the trichs and stood up into my Illuminator jumbo ufo! the cheap carabiner broke and it landed square on my BBK breaking four of the main tops and forced me to harvest her a few days earlier than I wanted

So this just happened... I over did it a little on the manicure, I hate leaves. Curious to see how much I got, these are my two favorite Blackberry Kush plants and both bad mostly cloudy trichomes, a little clear, so this will be my early batch. Going to let them hang dry until the main stems have snap, then cut all the buds off and dry them in a paper bag for a few day before jarring them up. Will have to wait to weigh them then.

Thanks guys. Had me up most of the night, I am glad I only did two plants. I figured since these BBk plants are my bigger ones then I should just use all 4 of the other ones to make up the late harvest.

Well I changed my mind a little, one of my other BBk plants had more on it than I thought so I took one of the small ones down, and the Frankenberry too. This particular BBk was way stickier than the rest... Hard to get good pics of there beauties.

It's really hard to not want to cut the rest down all at once too!

My Platinum Girl Scout Cookies are starting to turn purple in their calyxes :-D It's pretty to look at but mostly I am happy because all the Platinum Girl Scout Cookies I have had that is really good had had these purple/lavender calyxes.

Not quite dry yet but they buds were feeling a little brittle on the outside, probably due to my low humidity. I cut them up and moved them into a paper bag for a little bit longer, it's an art I am glad I have already dabbled in. I guesstimated it was about an ounce, looks like it will end up more around 3/4 once it's all dry. Not far off from expected but it makes me happy.

The Frankenberry is up next but I only have one bag lol

Yeah I am definitely going to make sure more of these PGSC plants germinate.

Tried to get a good close up of some of the dried Blackberry Kush. Also turned the trim into hash so I didn't have to be tempted to dip into the flowers before a cure.

Well I got the first small Platinum Girl Scout Cookies chopped and dried, it came out pretty decent.

I only got 6 grams off of it though. I have four plants to go and so far the yield tally is 30 grams of flower and about 2 of concentrate. I used all the Frankenberry and the trim off this PGSC for my last run and 5 grams of trim from the Blackberry Kush flowering the first

All done with iso...

The last four are deep onto flush and losing all their leaves. They are all about 90/10 cloudy/amber, so I don't know how much longer I should really learn them go. This Saturday will be 9 weeks for the BBk and 8 for the PGSC. Thinking about throwing them to into 48 hrs of darkness to see if they get more resinous.

I'm guessing/hoping I get an ounce off the rest of these.
