Irish I got a question? Do the leaves that are growing out of the flowers look normal to you or are there some 2 and 3 fingered leaves. It's hard for me to see in the pics.. Looks mostly like normal leaves in the pics..

Also I think you should get on an 11/13 schedule ASAP..

ya i looked into solar panels but at the end to run high watts it was allot of money for the panels, but if you had the cash i would say its the way to go but you would have to run the lights when its hotter during the day and make sure their sun light, so the winter might not be as good for you.

ya i was thinking of doing only 8hrs of light but it may be best to do 11 at 1st then work my way down

Maybe you've got an equatorial phenotype. I don't know this strain enough to understand its stability. If you're a sativa fan, and who isn't, maybe the extended flowering is a good thing. I don't know man, but I'm sending you positive wishes anyway ;)

ok so after reading what these guys said i think their right! i think they have allot of moms and mine were cut from a different more this time that has more sativa in it. i talked to the med club and they said this is possible and can happen. Dog told me that my girls might respond better to a 10/14 light time, so i was digging around the web and he is right. one other guy had this problem with a HS clone like mine, and since its a equator sativa the times always around 12/12 so they dont react too good to it in flowering it need a few hours less, or it will take forever to flower. so from what i read is i will speed up the flowering but lose some yield at the end. but after seeing them not flower for so long under 12/12 i feel i have nothing to lose at this point.

now i am not saying this is why? but its getting some good things to try.

yup tonight i will go 11/13 for about a week or so then try 10/14 if things arnt flowering still. seems allot of sativas flower allot better under these times. they will finish faster and lose some yield but its worth it to me to be able to finish this grow ASAP and start over with a different strain.

the thing that makes me think maybe my new clones are from a different mom is because last time my HS only stretched around 6" and this time it stretches allot. maybe the stretching is from the heat? or its a different strain with more sativa?

not too sure? but the Hindu kush is like 87% Indica from what ive read, but the HS grows like a sativa for sure. ill change the light right now and see what happens in a few weeks?

when you smoke it, does it feel more sativa then? whats it taste like?
 
alright guys i just looked at the girls. i have some good news and some bad news.

the good news is that the plant with the DM is shooting out more hairs then any of the other 5 plants. now me personally i dont tend to believe things until i see it on a few other plants because i dont know maybe its just that one plant started to flower better on its own? also its only been a few days since i put the DM in. this is the deal i am leaving out of town this weekend but when i get back i will give another plant that has less or equal flowers as the others some DM and see what happens?

Now the bad new well my plants grew a little because i went from 10" to 8.5" and i got bleaching on my top leaves, all the leaves that are on the side of the light are green but the ones under the light are bleached. SS had the same problem and its was around the same hight. so around 8-9" seem a little too close to the plants for the 300w unit. their all around 12-13" now. the good thing is i dont have no buds to bleach..lol..

I also cut the lights down to 10/14 right now so we shall see what happens?

Have a great weekend and thanks for the updates. All of this effort/trial and error will not only bring about new info for using these lights but it's gonna make the bud taste that much sweeter when she finally gives up her fruit. Peace.
 
hey just to give you guys a heads up i wont be around to much for about a week. my modom went out last night and i am waiting to recive a new one. so it will be a few days before i have the internet. feel free to post as you guys want. ill answer any questions when i am back on line.

Lets hope when i get back online i will have some bud pics for you guys.. keeping my fingures crossed!!!!!! come on 10/14 work for me!!!!!!..lol...
 
I cant wait to see what the 10/14 does tohelp out. I remember OMM had an isue with his first run where his plants just wouldn't finish. At one point he even put them in the dark for 4 days I believe still didnt go. But it worked out eventually as your sill I'm sure. :goodluck: is all I can really say. Either way your goingot have some fat nice smelly a*s buds :ganjamon:
