I Put some more LST on them Girls and lollipopped a Lil Bit.

You could always just hang a covering like a burlap bag or black garbage bag from the top rim with binder clips or clothes pins as well.
That's actually a better idea for outside in the sun as there's a small air gap created by the slight taper of the bucket that adds insulation properties as well. But indoors it matters a lot less especially since the lights are directly overhead and the leaves shade the bucket once they reach the outer pot rim.

Alright quick Update
Its been 4 or 5 days and they both grew a great amount. I didnt Lollipop any of them except 2 branches in the Sticky Orange XXL

Okay its been another 3 days If im correct!
The Main branches are big enough to start growing upwards. I started LST the Side branches and i lollipopped both plants so the leafes get more light.
