Highya SO,

I get those little holes on a couple leaves. I don't seem to get any more than that. I never look for eggs, though! My fans are yellowing about half up the stalk now. Faster this year. My buds are similar to yours, with a few less fans (sugar leaves). You should get some primo cbd material with those two!
One is like that and I'd leave her alone if it wasn't for the other being so much more targeted. Her life was at stake. Mine were yellowing last year at this time, not as much this year. May be the addition of JMS?

ALL TRUSSED UP UPDATE

WHEW made it! It rained like the dickens last night! Woke us up! She came out smelling like roses! Skunky roses!
I decided to try straightening her main with two tethers, and when that looked ok I used her main trunk to tie on to for 4 or 5 bigger branches.
The two lines holding everything up.
Branches hanging from the center. Hope it works!

Highya SO,

That's the way I did last year, except I used 3 guys to hold against all directions. Same this year, except I haven't tied up all branches yet. That's what I'm planning for tomorrow. Worked great, last year. Good job,Dude! Happy Smokin'

I think you may have mentioned it and that's how I got it. Nice! Thanks! My buds are getting frosty. Not too tight. I think they will be sativa style. The closer to the end of this month the better! October seems to be mold month! A waaays to go yet!
You got this Mr O!
I'll try with a little help from my friends!

I haven't used any JMS yet, and don't have any budrot. I'm making some tomorrow to apply Saturday. Supposed to start a rainy spell Sunday (according to weather forcast). Super Silver Haze are mold resistant. Mobsta was bred for Maine weather. Neither has any botrytis. However, I have a couple Apollo 13's with powdery mildew. Still seems to be okay. Happy Smokin'

I'll be keeping a close eye for it then. 50's last night.

As much as I love the ingenuity and effort I have so speak my mind :Namaste: :Namaste:
If anyone or anything goes by without seeing the ties at ground level it could cause you a problem.
Say an animal goes running by at night, or God forbid a person.
Your girl could get yanked to one side and damaged. :Namaste:
I think something not sticking out like that would be safer for her.
Maby she is in a spot that's totally safe and your the only one with access, then NVM.
Either way she is a beautiful healthy Beast.
Great work, hope everything is going good today. :ciao:

Very good point and thank you for saying! Everyone is always to do that here please! My ass has been on fire before and put out that way! Maybe on multiple occasions:rolleyes:.
It's not a natural walk for nature since we got here and no one but me for humans get near, so I'm running with it until failure. Two other grows I've done it, the tethers not the maypoling. Thanks for the heads up Bill!:green_heart:

AND THE BEAT GOES ON UPDATE

Good Thursday all, the weekend is in sight! It's a nice 65 degree day here. The candidas are loving life smelling up the place with a sweet honey/vanilla smell. I get a whiff in my recliner 100 feet away through the windows on occasion. It's lovely! Tomorrow's feeding and malted barley day. Not many left if any, maybe one. Getting lots of curly dark pistols, more on one than the other. Here they are.

Highya SO,

Looks like some budrot weather comming in on Sunday. I've got JMS brewing for application on Saturday. Can update after the rains, fog, wind, etc. Last year I grew a couple ACDC (cbd) crosses. Didn't get any botrytis on those. Hope you have the same outcome! Happy Smokin'

Hey Otter, I hope you are having an awesome start to your Friyay. Here's to you bringing the Candidas to the finish line before the weather gets too problematic :cheer:
I have some questions on the malted barley. I was going to buy some for the same reason as you, to speed things up, and then I realized that my soil mix already has malted barley and so too does my top dress, so I decided against. Do you know if adding more would be beneficial or a waste of product and money? This question also goes to @Azimuth who suggested it to me in the first instance.

Your Candidas are looking awesome, and nice work on supports! :high-five:
