Yeah I've never done a proper flush. Just water for the last stretch so they can use anything left in the soil and leaves. Some swear by flushing, others say keep feeding.

Yeah I don’t know what to do really mate - I’m thinking of going down to 1ml per litre on next watering - with a couple extra litres through the soil and than go straight water - when the say flush for a week, I don’t understand , water everyday or when soil drys?! Fuck knows

Been reading this and it’s making things even more confusing - he’s basically say certain types of media hold nutrients like coir and peat moss so even when your giving them water they still hold nutrients - so they are fine on just water until chop for last 1-3 weeks depending on media

Do whatever you feel like mate I know some people get really frustrated with the term flush being used incorrectly. From what I understand is a proper flush is putting 3 x pot volume of water through the growing medium in one sitting. I think it's 3x anyway. Never bothered. Lol. I'd just water when they need it on the last week.

You're using organic nutrients aren't you? Pretty sure biobizz recommend just feeding water for the last week. Probably the same for other organic nutrients.

Yes exactly - when you say flush I’m thinking shit loads of water through the pot - a really good grower on another forum in soil mixes says just taper off and give light Nutes all the way to the last watering - then give a heavy water for last one

And on an auto he just grew he got 16 zips and all leaves were yellow and bud looks beautiful - I think it depends on each individual case

Yes I am mate apart from a lil cal mag - I’m going to do exactly that mate thinking about it
