Subscribed. Ebb n flow, ya can't go wrong lol. My most current grow is a 1 plant undercurrent dwc surrounded by 3 ebb n grow buckets. The best of two worlds in my opinian.

I personally never knew marijuana could have as much thc as lsd from barneys has...I know I'm not the only person extremely excited for this grow! btw that under current system looks awesome X

I've had SkyWalker, and it's a VERY potent strain....
I feel that there are "exagerations" by breeders and seed distributers, regarding THC content.
If Skywalker is only HALF the THC content of Lucy, then Lucy would be deadly!!
I'm not sure where the folly lies in THC content lableling, but either there is no such thing as 24% THC, or the people who tested SW are in need of some serious upgrades to their lab equipment....
Just my 2 cents....

Really glad to have you here, Mr. Smith.
Hoping to pick your brain on this - what do you recommend for a flood/drain schedule for a system like this (Ebb N Gro style) - How often to flood, for how long and how many times per day? Would really appreciate your feedback on that... I have gotten some good feedback already, but it seems like a lot of varying opinions. I have seen how well you can make this style of grow work, and would appreciate your thoughts on it.
I think I may have asked you this in your journal, but how are you liking the small under current test you are running? I really want to do a custom system of my own with those kitty litter containers eventually...

I know! I was really impressed by the high THC numbers - should be an interesting strain to vape. So many people here seem to like it, and it's a favorite of my good friend OMM's, and that's enough to make me want to try it!
That under current system is pretty cool. Mr. Smith has a small test going with a DIY that's pretty cool. I can't wait to put one together some day. I'm pretty excited about this Flo N Gro I'll be using this grow though, too. I've seen some amazing plants grown with similar systems to the Flo N Gro. Glad to hear you're excited about this grow -- me too!

You know, a couple of the more potent strains I've grown show fairly modest numbers by the seed breeder. I don't always trust those so much. I'm guessing some of it has to do with growers skills, nutrients, supplements, etc., harvest time (harvesting earlier in the window can result in higher potency), personal biological differences, CBD/CBN content... or maybe the seed companies are just lame with their ratings?
I know what you mean though, I've had some knock out strains that had much lower THC% than others grown that were supposed to be much stronger. Though, I've had it work out to seem fairly accurate on some strains too. Seems like an inexact science - maybe differrent phenos affect this too...
I DO think Lucy kicks ass from what I've heard.

I'm feeling sad - I just vaporized the last of one of my favorite strains, and the first strain I ever grew. 
My first grow, I grew some Snow White, a Nirvana strain, and I liked it so much I grew a few others since. I'm out of seeds, and now I just vaped my last couple buds from it. Snow White is such a great smelling, tasting and medicinal strain - I highly recommend it. (Smells like Juicy Fruit!)
I may grow it again some day, but it will probably be a while as I love to try new things so much. Just had to give it it's final kudos -

My first grow of store-bought genetics were three PEs and a Paki.
PE remains my main producer, though I've grown a few others.
I fall in love regularly with porno buds I see on these boards

But I'm here now, and can't WAAIT to see this BP grow of yours, and see what results you get....I'm in soil this time around, and I think I'm even going to do the clones all in soil...FFOF and other various things added to the mix for the final product, ya know? PE is one I definitely want to grow - it'll be in a future grow for certain. I dont know much about Paki...
Following other peoples journals ultimately leads to me trying/buying new strains - one of the reason I'm growing Lucy right now is from the many favorable reviews here - and my good buddy OMM just happens to swear by it, which is good enough by me.
Matanuska Valley and Dr. B (no longer around I hear) were big influencers for me in strains for future grows, for example. Seeing MV's Matero Blue -- wow. It was either MV or Be Irie that inspired my desire to grow a Lavender - I just remember being in awe over their bud porn!
Super cool to have you here in my journal Propa - I'm a big admirer of both your knowledge of growing and propensity for prose.
Anyone else still liking/growing their first grown strain, and what was/is it?
You already mentioned my favorite strain....Lucy, but I'll grow another Lemon Skunk soon.

dearly for subbing to my grow. Magic Bud is one of those great combo strains where there is a great body stone, but still a fun giggly cerebral side. Those are usually my favorite kind of strains, plus they've almost all yielded really large for me. One was just over 4z grown in a really small box! That, along with Snow White are the strains I've grown the most of, so if I decide to cut something for space, the Magic Bud could end up getting cut. I hope not, though. I'm sure I'll find some way to keep it.

Lemon Skunk! Well you know I value your opinion already, but what is it about Lemon Skunk that you like so much - what's it's magic for you? (BTW - I am so thrilled that at least one of my Lucy seedlings is looking great - the other looks okay buy healthy so far).

Very nice Propa! That's a beauty - love how frosty those are.
My first grow was from a single seed I found in a bag of Kind when I was 14, hehe. Was so beautiful....Ever since then I guess you could say I was hook'd!!
