XLR8's BCNL Mixed Strain Hydro Grow 2011

I like 1 and 5 too Xlr8. Well I like them all but those are the best imo.

That's a pretty good yield but I know what you mean, we always want more.

Do you have any pics of that Paradise? I'd love to see that.

:peace:

Wow Man truly amazing!!! Real nice Brotha, and you better toss that last pic in NOTM. Killer

:party::high-five::bravo:

:thanks: w1sest! Really appreciate the kudos and support, brother!

Thats nice lookin, very nice lookin indeed Brother :goodjob:
p.s. Im using flouros too for seedlings n clones, would say keep them as close as you can without touching the lamps, the heat they give of is minimal i think...lookin fwd to your next turn out Dude
:Namaste:

Thanks Bass, I appreciate the kind words and the input on the flouros. :thankyou: I'm really liking my new T5's for seedlings and early veg. Still not sure if I'm going to do a journal on this next grow, but I probably will. Appreciate you swinging by and weighing in my friend!

5, not sayin i'll vote for it but its what I like best from what you put up :)

Thanks buddy, I appreciate you weighing in, and hopefully it'll stack up to the other entries in NOTM

I have to say congrats on the harvest weights, a hair under 4.5ozs from two plants sounds awesome to me and they looks great! :thumb:

As far as the pics I like #1 and #5. :yummy:

Seems we have the same granite, Black Galaxy if my mind serves me correctly. I knew a few granite guys that would toss out sink cut-outs or tile cuts so they gave me a bunch. I ended up making a bunch of coaster sets and cutting boards for the family one broke-a$$ Xmas :).

I think those shots look great, good luck in the contest my man!

We did something similar with our countertops and granite - don't remember the name of it, but that's probably right. Really appreciate the compliments on the buds and you weighing in Dime!

Late to the party as usual Xlr8r :goodjob:

Love that purple, and I'll go with pic #5 :yummy:

Hey Horse! I take all comers to this party - late or not. :) The purple is pretty cool, and it's got an amazing flavor and high. Appreciate you giving me your opinion and the kind words!

Pic 3 and 5 are my favs

:yummy:

I like 3 and 5 too, but it seems like 1 and 5 got the majority opinion. :) Thanks for your input, bro!

Hi Blue! Paradise seeds is the seedbank - and the strain is Magic Bud. I didn't take any pictures of it when I grew it, but here is a bud from it. It lost some color due to the fact that it was a couple months old, but here's one of the buds from it:

magic_bud2.JPG

They are all good pictures, I like 1 and 5.

:thankyou: PB -- 1 and 5 it is. :)

Really appreciate everybody weighing in on which bud pictures to include in the NOTM contest. Due to popular demand, I've entered pictures 1 and 5 in the Nug of the Month contest. I'm really hoping I can represent a little better than I did in last months POTM. :smokin2: Regardless of which way you vote, or who's nug you vote for, I'd like to encourage everybody to check out all the great buds and place your vote. :thanks: everybody!

Sorry a little late, bro...had a hard drive crash yesterday. Looking great! I would have gone with #1 and #5, too, so I'm glad my tardiness didn't cause a bad decision! :)
:welldone:

I dig the idea of special occasion, no joke exactly what me and my girl are doing. Nice too because it allows it to cure more and taste better in the long run, believe me if it was my choice the whole stash would prob be gone. ;)

I completely missed this post w1sest - great minds think alike! I know what you mean, if it weren't for me wife I'd probably smoke it all too. :smokin2:

Good thing for the ladies in our lives! :)

No worries Mr. K -- bummer 'bout the hard drive - that sucks! Thanks for weighing in, and hope you didn't lose anything too important in the crash...

Hey, and :thankyou: for following along throughout my grow brother - :)

I vote for 1 and 5 too! :grinjoint:

Nice Harvest and glass pictures. I can smell em from here! :rasta:

I agree with Blue.....Nice yield! :grinjoint:

:thanks: buddy! My last couple were a bit better, but I'm plenty thrilled! :yahoo:

Well, I think it's time to wrap this journal up and look toward the future. A gigantic, sincere :thankyou: to everyone who made this such an enjoyable experience. I really appreciate everyone's support and assistance throughout the grow, the many new friends I've made, and the smiles you've all brought to my face. :)

Normally, I take summers off from growing due to heat, humidity and a number of other factors that come with summer. (Plus it's nice to take a break once in a while - even from something you love like I love this).

Having said that, as I previously mentioned, I'll be growing a single auto-flowering Big Bang from Greenhouse seeds just to get a good idea of what I'm missing in the summer, and, let's face it - I have a hard time NOT growing. :)

Here's a link to my newest thread - I'd love to have each and every one of tag along if you're so inclined! :peacetwo:

X Marks the Spot - XLR8's Big Bang Auto Hydro Grow 2011

:thanks: Bass! Also, it's been great having you here - looking forward to seeing you in the new journal. You're a great guy and a handy one at that - I'm pretty sure you could engineer a system as good or better than this one I'm using. I wish I was as handy and creative as you - it would save me a lot of $$!

Just click on resources on the main 420 page. then click on staff and ask one of them to move your journal to the completed journals bone pile! :yummy:

yo xlr8 those are rad looking nuggets and I gatta say your plants turned out fucking awesome! Go XLR8!!! By the way I am about to start a new thread and I will post the link to the new thread on shapey's old thread probably in the next hour or two. I've just been a lazy fuck lately and I think its time I put it in gear and try to win a member of the month or something like that and get off my lazy fucking ass when it comes to this forum!

But the real reason I am writing you is because I just germinated 24 seeds, 12 of Pinapple kush, 12 of blueberry kush crossed with C41 diamond. And I have no idea what the fuck to do with all these clones! But it hit me, Since I do not have enough room WHATSOEVER to have each in its own bubble bucket I was thinking it might be a good idea to run a multi site DWC bucket type thing, basically do what your doing except maybe cram a few more plants in and just flower when there super small, Since really the main point in all this will be to get the males out, then find the most vigorous female. So tell me if you think this idea will work, if not what would you suggest I do? I was thinking that or just grab a bag of fox farm ocean forrest soil and go the old school no fail way and just pack em in super close for a SOG.

Thanks dude,
Take it easy
GREAT JOB ON THE NUGS AGAIN!!!
