Will these lights work or did I screw up? LED 24 watt actual

A 6" inline fan for each tent, may or may not duct the heat outside since it's a big room with 3 outside doors I could open. I think I'm gonna stick a little fan inside each tent also to blow air directly on the lights.

That will work.
You should be ok with a 4" 190CFM blower in each but the nice thing about the 6 inch is that you can get the blower speed controllers cheap and then run the 6 inch blowers at whatever speed you want to have your tents dialed in just the way you want them. With the 6 inch you will have extra CFM's available and that's always a good thing.
