Will my seedling make it? Pic Included

Never transplant a weak plant only do it from a position of strength
I certainly don't want to try to say I know better, just that as a frugal purchaser I would try to save my investment.
Perhaps, that my threshold.

Roger that, that’s kinda what made me think to leave it alone - it’s already damaged pretty bad - more handling just increases the risk; of course the reverse could be argued as well -the damage is already done see if you can save her. I weighed both and felt leaving her be - would stand a better chance. IDK - who knows???

I have done this same thing a few times. I even had one bend in half and a slight crack in the stem. I just kept it supported and a constant breeze blowing to strengthen her up and a few days later she started growing fine. I did transplant about a week later and buried the stem somewhat once i was confident the outer layer was slighter stronger.

personally i would not touch it again,, i can not see a transplant without further damage. more soil higher up the stem is a good idea tho. perhaps just above the bend

karma sent to er friend,,
I agree with @nivek try to bury the stem with soil without disturbing to much more. If the plant recovers it will have a nice knuckle there and the fluids will flow more.

Thanks everyone. I’m going to leave it alone and hope that it recovers. I appreciate all the feedback and support!

have the same issue after I accidently sprayed mine with windex then tried to flush the windex , seedling got caught in water stream and lost its integrity same as yours ... propped up with bamboo skewer and seems to be getting stronger again .... my gut screamed to transplant but my head said NOPE .. sausage fingers / clumsy hands .

Yeah, when I try to be delicate with anything, my hands just shake. I guess I never developed those fine motor skills.
