White Widow Halloween Grow With 315 Watt CMH Light Journal

Whew!! 24 pages is quite the read ;)

By the looks of things you'll have plenty to make through next harvest. Especially since you'll have your clones pretty much ready to go when this batch is done . You had a rough start and pushed on through. Looks like you're gonna be rewarded well for our efforts .

Yep! That's the great unknown. Seen a cpl pics of buds grown with them but there isn't much info around. This being my first I have nothing to judge yet. Will say tho as far as being lush goes, I haven't seen many grows that are much better. Now what that translates into I have no clue. I will trade lush for big fat heavy buds. They compare my light to a 600. We will find out.

If like it really replaces a 600w hid, then a lb. or more. !! You always get more from seeds . When you bloom those clones, you'll notice a reduction in yield, but it's no big deal. this 600 lec cmh is supposed to put out 1200w, but does it, I have no way of knowing. I do know that it puts out about twice the amount of heat, as advertised. It really needs an air cooled hood !! It will actually sunburn you, if you're under there to much. I wear a wide brim hat and long sleeves when attending my ladies.
 
315 is hot but nothing like you describe. Of course I guess you have twice as much. Wonder what the difference is having my light vertical. Sitting between 17 and 18 inches with no signs of irritation. So far so good.
As for it comparing to a 600, it's only Internet chatter until I see it for myself. Did watch a vid that showed a quick vid of someone's grow that's using 315 and he had thick dang near coke can colas. Of course the guy is prolly a great grower with solid genetics.

You are a top grower !! Looks to me like you're killing it !! How can I remove this helmet, as she's 6 days old now, and getting left behind. Stem is green, but it's to fragile for my fumble fingers !! I'm thinking small neddle nose pliers, and a calm hand ?

Hehe that is funny - I've got 2 x 315s running side by side - i wear wide brim hat plus ski goggles in my tent - seriously can hardly glance at the 315s even with UVC goggles on! Forget it without, my eyes were ringing with white glow - they really kick out some UV rays
 
Here is todays pic from mine. Thanks to your grow log i have lowered the light and the ladies love it. I have 2 auto flowers 1 is MK Ultra and 1 is Critical Kush. The other 7 are Laughing Buddha. They seem to be doing fine. The light is around 14 inches. Check out my grow log and let me know what you think

Just went through your journal. Yours is stacking nice and tight like mine. I think it's the light. Everyone is jumping on the led bandwagon. I'm hoping I made the right decision with going with the cmh light. So far I have no regrets.proof is in the pudding tho. The end grow is what matters to me. Quantity and quality. Will the light perform? We shall see
 
My square is 3'6" x 3'6" seems to be ok. The flower tent is 4x4. We shall see what devolps when they move over to there
