which one to use

i'm getting ready to build a dwc out of a 5g bucket.. i'll be using G.H. 3part floragro,floramicro,florabloom.. i looked on the site under feeding schedule and dont know which one to use (meneral drain to waste) or (meneral recirulating)..
new to hydo....

anybody? cuz one of the feeding schedule uses more than the other.. if not I'll figure it out..
